Hollister Co. — Local services in Aurora

We called the store today and twice they answered the phone as "Hello" only, and the manager was too busy talking to an associate to speak with me, and they said she would "call back" and never has called back. The associate tried to defend herself about the "hello" and tried to say she said "welcome to Hollister Aurora, this is __" which is false and she should stop lying, and was trying to argue instead of realizing she does not own the store. This is a horrible experience and we would like our money back please!!!! We went to return an online order, but next time Call the hollister customer service they do next day air for you. Useless staff here I hope the district...

Not very attentive. If I'm waiting by the dressing room and you make eye contact with me and continue talking without offering me a room it is a disservice. I tried on 10 items and I brought everything to the counter and handed them to an employee and told her one of the piles I was going to purchase and the other pile she could put away. I spent 50$ for a dress that I was told is available the same day for pickup. After they took my money from my card I was informed that the dress has to be shipped from a warehouse store which will take 5-7 business days. I asked for a refund because I needed the dress that day but my request was denied so now I’m waiting for a dress that I no longer need to return it to get my money back. If I knew their online shopping was like this I wouldn’t have wasted my money...
