Incredible Edibles Farm Fresh Market — Local services in Aurora

I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered to my niece in Denver. I included specific instructions to call my niece prior to delivery to verify she was home. In addition, the website specifically says they will not leave a delivery if no one is home. She never received a call and the arrangement never showed up. I received an email at 8:15 pm that the arrangement had been delivered. She wasn't even home at that time . I texted her and she went to her apartment to pick the delivery up. There was nothing there. I have been trying to get a resolution for 4 days now and am being ignored by the store. I called customer service almost 4 hours ago and was put on hold almost 30 minutes and then told the rep or his supervisor would call me back in an hour. Still havent heard back from them. They took my money and provided nothing in return. I do NOT recommend this...
