Blackjack Pizza & Salads — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Wouldnt suggest this location. Numerous issues that could have been avoided or resolved. I have ordered here 3 times, being as I love Blackjack Pizza, but THIS particular location can't seem to get it together. First, the website SUUUCKS. Can't place an order, so im forced to call in. They have messed up my order previously (not a huge deal, forgivable, it happens)

This time however, after having to call AGAIN, they took my order, gave me a 30-45min window for delivery. 40min later, I call in, they tell me 5 more min, and 15min later im on the phone again. Apparently they were short staffed, thus causing my delivery delay. Mind you, this is a Thurs around 2pm (not really pizza rush hour) Now, I am pissed.

If you are running a business that is short staffed, SIMPLY SAY SO!! Had they given me a 45-60min window, I would have been FINE with that, or simply come down to pick it up myself.

The pizza showed up, as I am on the phone with them, surprise surprise, its cold! Their solution was 15% off this order, but that barely covers their $4 delivery fee on a $25 order. And how is that acceptable for COLD pizza delivery?! I would have waited another 10-15min for a hot pizza if the delay was delivery staffing. I refused the order and asked for a full refund, which they supposedly have issued.

Management and staff need to get this together, I will gladly order from a different location with proper care and respect for customers time and...

It is with heavy heart I write this post... this is the only bad experience i've ever had with this location but it was a doozy. We went to order as we have done numerous times over the course of the last year and a half, the first person took my order and said I was out of delivery range. I've experienced this once before at this location and they somehow still delivered my pizza... we live 3 blocks up east evans ave which is literally the street behind the store. It was raining and we'r wernt feeling carry out. 2 persons and a manager later and I'm explained it's their super old computer system not allowing the order to go through even with a manager code. Instead of going into detail of how they could have processed as a carry out and sent a driver anyway with receipts since it would take 5 minutes to deliver we submitted and agreed to come get the food which was 2 pizzas and chicken wings. We get the food home and realize, the wings are just deep fried and dry. We tried to use what hot sauce we had on them but it didn't look appetizing. We called back and they agreed to replace the wings which is great but we had to once again go and get them. All the other above and beyond reviews..... guess we got a bad crew? And no discount for the trouble or coupon etc. Guess we'll pay a bit more to go to pizza hut, which is slightly further away but they still deliver. Lame...

Ordered from the wrong Parker road location due to the mobile site not being too user friendly. Ultimately my fault, but I contacted them in an effort to cancel but it was too late and they would not refund me. I've worked in the pizza industry for many years a while ago and was surprised to hear this, but it is my fault and so I accepted it as I told the sales person that I'm too far from that location to pick it up. After he said "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do" I ended the call and that was that.

A couple of minutes later he calls me back, so I immediately think that maybe I am going to luck out and get a store credit or something, but am surprised to hear him say they'll deliver it to me. I again tell him I live far away, but he says to give him my address anyways. I do, and after some time he tells me my home is too far away to deliver to. I say "ok" and end the call now far more frustrated.

I know this whole situation is ultimately on me, but the poor website UI, unwillingness to assist me really in any way, and then getting my hopes up with the follow up call just really surprised me. A pizza refund costs very little to maintain a customer, but after years of going here I doubt I will again for at least a...
