The restaurant is very new. The employees are very nice, they are still working out the kinks of a new restaurant, so please be patient with them. I went with my siblings, and all of us very much enjoyed the food.
My BIL had never experienced Thai food, but he was very pleasantly surprised. He's already hoping to come back very soon. Interior is small, but not crowded with a decent amount of seating. I cannot speak for the sushi side of the menu, but we enjoyed all of the Thai entrees we ordered.
We ordered the fresh spring rolls with beef, the peanut sauce was warm and the rolls were a generous portion, unfortunately I did not get a picture of that or the Thai tea that they so graciously gave to us on the house. I ordered the chicken pad thai, my brother ordered the drunken noodles with tofu and an extra side of fried tofu, the fried tofu was served with a side of sweet chili sauce, my sister ordered the beef pad woonsen and my BIL ordered the beef fried rice. The thai tea let the tea flavor shine through without too much milk or sweetness. All of our meals were well spiced to our liking and very generous portions. We will definitely be returning in the future.
My BIL's coke and my brother's side of fried tofu were accidentally forgotten at first but they apologized profusely and brought it out as soon as they were able to, so please once again keep in mind that this Restaurant is new and they will greatly appreciate patience and...

On the last day of our Colorado trip, we decided to stop by NOMI Thai Ramen for some Thai food – and it was absolutely the right choice! Every single dish we ordered was packed with authentic flavors and cooked perfectly.
Here’s what we had: • Thai Iced Tea – Fragrant, creamy, and perfectly sweet. • Boat Noodles – Rich, flavorful broth with an authentic Thai taste. (A must-try!) • Pad See Ew – Smoky wok aroma, chewy noodles, and perfectly balanced seasoning. • Som Tum (Thai Papaya Salad) – Fresh, tangy, spicy, and just the right sweetness. • Crab Fried Rice – Fragrant rice with generous chunks of fresh crab. (Don’t miss this one!) • Northern Thai Sausage (Sai Ua) with Sticky Rice – Full of herbs and spices, absolutely delicious with warm sticky rice.
Every dish tasted just like home – no extra seasoning needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable.

Read moreI’ve been on a mission as a true foodie—after trying nearly 100 restaurants in search of the perfect noodle soup, I finally found it here. And let me tell you… WOW. This place is on a whole different level!
The dish was beyond delicious—rich, flavorful, and absolutely unforgettable. But what truly sets this restaurant apart isn’t just the food, it’s the people. The lady who served us was hands down the kindest, most genuine server I’ve ever encountered. I accidentally ordered the wrong dish, and instead of making me feel bad, she smiled and said, “It’s okay, I’ll bring you the right one.” Not only did she bring the correct dish, but she made a completely fresh plate from scratch—no shortcuts, no reheating, just pure care and hospitality. That level of sincerity is rare, and it honestly blew me away.
This restaurant isn’t just a place to eat—it’s an experience. If you’re a traveler, a tourist, or simply someone who loves trying new things, this is THE spot you need to add to your list. Every bite feels like comfort and quality, and the service will make you feel at home.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended—I’ll be telling everyone...
