A few years ago I took an expensive gold chain to this business, I didn't decide for three days to put it on, but when doing so I found that it had been exchanged for a lower karat and very much cheaper quality. A immediately contacted security and management . owner and manager whom did the "repair", Seth tran. Posted on the mall reviews and on yelp and both found that Mr Tran lied and refused to then remove the review. Never recovered my chain to this day. I would tell everyone to definitely steer clear of this business, and possibly this mall, for the simple fact that this business is still allowed to continue their corrupt business practices there?????. Always read reviews , those for this business and the astonishment therein should stand as a warning that it's not in your best interest. See...

I went here to put batteries in 6 of my watch’s. The man working there broke 2 of my watches and didn’t claim responsibility. The first watch, he lost parts of it and said it was already like that but I have never got that one opened or fixed before. The second watch was a very expensive Michael Kors watch that I had just got for my wife a couple months ago. She has barely even worn it and the man broke the glass and refused to claim responsibility and repair it.

I highly suggest never ever coming here if you want your money’s worth. You might as well pay a few extra bucks to get it fixed properly and professionally. I learnt my lesson...
