The North Face Aurora Farms Premium Outlets — Local services in Aurora

I am very disappointed in North Face Outlet! Half of my closet is north face however while visiting this location last week.. my VERY EXPENSIVE (Helly Hanson) jacket caught on one of the nails sticking out in the store by the hinges on their fitting room. Upon bringing it to managements attention, they said they don’t know what they can do but they will definitely figure something out. I get a call 4 days later telling me that they will pay for the repair on my jacket. ITS A DOWN JACKET.. how do you repair it without having a patch? It’s by my upper arm area so it’s very visible. They said they will talk to upper management again and get another resolution if possible. Instead of replacing my ripped jacket or even offering me a free jacket.. or even 50% off on my purchase. All they said they could do was give me 25% off of any ongoing promotions. Like dude your store costed me a jacket that’s $650. Just shocked with their resolution for being the brand that really cares about...

I had purchased 8 backpacks to buy as gifts for family and friends last weekend. I went back so I could purchase more backpacks to donate to other people that are in need. I have been blessed to be able to do so. When I went to purchase, I was denied the sale of anymore backpacks. I spoke to store Manager Heather Kristoff. She explained they have (at anytime) the discretion, which means, they have the right to discriminate, against anyone that wants to buy more than 2 of one item. I thought the reason Northface was in business is to sale as much as they can. I explained again that the purchase was for donation purposes and still was denied. I have never in life been to a store that didn't want you to buy more of their items. I am confused and feel discriminated against. It is very hard for me to understand how, at any time, an employee gets to pick who can buy merchandise or how many of one item they...

I put 2 nuptse jacket and 2 mountain jacket in the shopping bag, and the store manager Heather told me that I can only get 1 nuptse, bulk purchase is not acceptable. So I asked her is that mean I can only get one for each style, and she said it’s not about the quantity, it’s about if she feels it’s bulk purchase. Than I said I ll keep 1 nuptse and 1 mountain jacket, and can I buy another different style if I want. Then she said You can’t buy anything today since you are bulk purchasing, you can email the district manager and she ll explain to you. I been asked the store that the limit is 5 per style.
