My 14-year-old cousin wanted to buy a T-shirt for a photoshoot and needed to use her mother's card. The old Asian lady refused the transaction and questioned why we didn't have cash, which was inappropriate. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her decision to deny a simple purchase to a minor using her parent's card. While waiting for another family member to arrive and pay, the employee asked us to leave, which led to a heated exchange. During this, the employee used offensive language towards me and I am only 18 years old. In my opinion, the products and service are of poor quality, and it's disappointing that the store remains open despite such disrespectful behavior. My aunty did go have some exchange of words with the employee regarding that it wasn’t right of her to speak to us in that manner which also led to a heated exchange full of offensive words. I drive cross town to get my son cargo pants that he likes from this store. I walk in and from the time I walk around I’m followed, I let them know stop following me Im not a thief. I spent $127.38, I gave $200.38 and was told I was incorrect in a rude voice. I told her that is what she told me and she said oh yeah. it’s really suspicious how this business is even still operating. unfortunately i did not read the reviews beforehand, first time going in i spent $160. few days later went in again and was racially profiled with my boyfriend and sister, they took our items we were going to buy just because we were going to the back of the store, we left immediately after noticing the lady followed us and just stood there and stared. these people will never get my money again, but it has me thinking why the store was so empty both times going, not a single person was in there the whole time, never any cars in their parking lot driving by, so how are they still open? money laundering? because for a business that should be thriving on customers they sure don’t like to have any in...
