Stopped in to check this new-ish carneceria out since it's been on my radar for a few months and I haven't made the time to stop in. They have all the staple carneceria items and some great ready to eat options like fresh hot tortillas and tamales. My husband grabbed some homemade frozen chile rellenos and some pastor for dinner later this week. While he was back there the butcher gave him a little fried pork snack to try and he's in heaven lol. Thet said to come back in a few hours for the pork belly chicharones... he just might do that! My only complaint is the lack of pricing on everything. I have no idea how much 90% of the things in there cost because they aren't labeled. Will definitely stop in again. To support this local...

We spotted this place randomly on the way home and had to check it out. So happy we have a carnicería closer to us here in southeast aurora/Centennial. We were greeted kindly and they answered all of our questions. The butcher let us know of all the meats and cuts he could provide. So excited to work with them for our meat needs.
