Okay so there was a little bit of a rocky start pizza was not being delivered was it wasn't made correctly or burned but then at one point in time a manager help me out after speaking with her I came to the understanding that they were short-handed she apologized refunded my money. then the next time I thought well you know what I'm going to try it one more time but this time I just ordered it & went picked it up and I met that manager who I was on the phone with and realized you know what they are out here hustling and struggling just like the rest of us. And also a lot like the rest of us short-handed with inexperienced staff and other peoples inability to work. they never intended to allow things to not be to the highest customer satisfaction, or for the most part disappointing, she in every way ii realized was just another one of us out here trying to make it doing the best that she can all of their employees are, in fact this will probably be the only black jack Ill ever go to as long as they're working there thank you guys you guys are amazing. what's crazy is that I'm sure all the phone calls disappointed from customers she was still cool calm and collect and made the statement to me that it wasn't about them she rather keep the customers coming back and that she would continue to do what she was doing in order to make that happen and well I'll continue to play my part as well and remind myself daily that you know what, be kind you never know what people are going through not making a bad day worse I'm making someone else's bad day worse be kind and go pick up your pizza help him out a little bit LOL look at it differently and we can...

I ordered 2 large pizzas and a medium breadstick on 9/8 thru your app. And used the code 25 for $25 dollars off. I ordered at 5:00 p.m. with a pick up time of 6:10. I showed up on time and was told my order wasn't ready yet. I went in multiple times to check on my order. And the lady at the front desk even came out a few times and asked our names( there was about 10 people waiting), then go back inside and check. At 7 p.m. I finally went back inside and asked if they even HAD my order. I had my confirmation code and my credit card had already been charged. (Without the $25 off. Btw!!.) She looked thru all the boxes and said they do not have my order. What the heck?? I canceled my order and they said they would take the charge off of my card. Why do I doubt that. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with ANY pizza place. Not too mention it was probably 110° in there, employees were handling food and not washing their hands after handling literally everything, there were flystrips hanging everywhere covered in flys, the place was filthy. The employees were nice enough. I actually felt bad for them. They were very apologetic. I have no idea how this place is in business. Blows me away. I would rather microwave a pizza than go through that again. The gal at the front was genuinely apologetic.....but c'mon man. After taking a hiatus due to this location’s inability to fulfill orders correctly or on time, we tried to order again as Blackjack really is our favorite tasting pizza in Denver. However, nothing has changed and has in fact gotten worse. We tried on three separate occasions hoping they had improved and that the other two were a one off. Each order took way over 2 1/2 hours. Every time we’ve ordered for a specific time, it’s at least an hour later than asked for. Last time it arrived an hour and a half late and absolutely cold. Today however takes the cake. I put in an order at 1:30 PM for a 5:00 PM delivery. I called at 6:00 asking on the status. The same excuse I’ve heard every time. “We’re busy, we only have one driver, etc etc.” They said it would be leaving shortly. As in, the order we placed to arrive at 5 had not even left the store at 6. Never again. It makes me sad because we love the food so much, but we’ve given them so many chances and it has not worked out again and again. Stay away from this location!!!!! If it’s this or nothing, go get DiGigornos.
