We made a large two-part order made through the app with my wife. The doors to the building were locked, so I had to spend 20 mins in a drive thru to pick up the order. When I got to the window, I was very clear I made TWO mobile orders (due to a limitation) and I was there to pick up two orders. I gave the names and the order numbers. They told me to please pull around the front of the building and they would bring it out to me. So, I pulled around and waited about 5 minutes. An employee brought me two large bags, I asked "is this both orders?" to which she replied "yes, thank you". I checked the bags and noticed I'm missing one of the orders (50 dollar order). She ran in before I could complete checking. I attempted to enter the building again, waited out front to wave an employee about my missing order and called the locations 4 times. I then called the district manager listed on the receipt simply to ask if there was a way they could get me in touch with the manager so I didn't have to spend another 20 minutes in the drive thru again.. it went to an voicemail. I left a voicemail begging for help so my other order of over $100 dollars wouldn't get cold. Nothing. No reply. Now day 2 and no call back still. So, I went into the drive thru, sat in line for 25 mins. They gave me the order, never apologized, nothing. Just handed it to me in the window and walked off. Absolutely unacceptable. I spent nearly an hour there to get my 2 orders, I spent over 150 dollars, the building was locked and not even an apology. What the heck is going on with this location? An apology would have gone a long way. An unlocked lobby would have made this an easy fix. Answering the phone could have saved me...
Read moreIt was just okay because it's been so very long since I've been, and they no longer served the cheap Tuesday meal. I went back a few weeks later, and now the Tuesday meal is back. Great!! They brought back the Tuesday special, but my order was wrong, and when I went back through and told them my order was wrong, they were like, what about it?! Kind of rude, I asked for the right order and for an apology. Update: 07/22/23 I went to make an order. After I paid I asked for a receipt. They said they didn't have anymore tape. They would take a picture of it. To which I froze my card. Lawlessness! I don't trust these kids! No integrity! I'm not coming back. I'll eat somewhere else. Also I would like to point out.... The owner doesn't care. If they did they would answer any of these posts. So if the servers are dishonest so is everyone else on up the ladder. Update: Beware! â ď¸ If you ask for a receipt you won't get one. Every time I go they make an excuse that it isn't working. If you can lock your card. Do It! With that receipt they can take your money from your account! Every food place take a receipt! This guy in the drive thru has a tattoo...
Read moreWell, Iâve been visiting this location for dinner more times than I can count for years and Iâve always been pleased by the quick and friendly service, especially when Francis (who I believe is the manager) is present because she brings such professionalism and kindness to a job that you do not see that in anymore.
Today, for the first time ever (again, countless orders over the years) I realized there was a small mistake made on my order when I got home (I live 5 minutes away) so I decided to pop back by and explain the mix up and get the correct order. When I explained myself at the intercom Francis quickly told me she had already realized it and to come on up to the window. She met me there with a full replacement of my order, all correct, plus extra sides and desserts to apologize for the mistake. It was so kind, and not necessary as I couldnât be upset over such a minor mix up, but you just do not see people as professional and thoughtful as Francis in the fast food industry these days and I just want to say thank you, you are awesome, keep making peoples...
