The moment I stepped into the serene environment, I felt a sense of calm wash over me. Selah was incredibly skilled and intuitive, tailoring the massage to my specific needs. Selah listened attentively to my concerns and created a truly personalized experience. The massage was more than just a physical treatment; it was a life-changing experience. It empowered me to release tension, alleviate pain, and rejuvenate my body and soul. I left feeling lighter, more energized, and ready to tackle the holiday rush with renewed vigor. I highly recommend this massage to any hairstylist or anyone seeking a truly transformative experience. It's a sanctuary of relaxation and healing, and I'm so grateful to have discovered it.

The appointment felt very rushed. I was there by 1:05, started early and left by 2:15, it was not the 75mins I paid for. While it was a deep tissue massage it just felt like brute force and the same repeating motion like my partner does. Usually I find deep tissue massages relaxing and this was like a pseudo-sport medicine massage. I was expecting more understanding of my anatomy and a tailored massage. I did not feel like my tight areas were loosen.

I think I’m in love with this place. My first time here. It’s beautiful outside and in. Easy in and easy out. Easy to schedule. I called to schedule. I was able to get in next day at a time I wanted. I had Michelle. She put me in a relaxation coma. I was sore all over. She applied the perfect amount of pressure. She didn’t talk me ear off, like I’ve experienced at other places. Highly recommend 🥰

The treatments I've received from Cara and Corey at Austin Deep have been nothing short of life-changing. Before starting with them, I was struggling with significant immobility due to a severe chronic illness. This left me with very limited movement – I could barely walk a block without experiencing intense pain – and my stamina was incredibly low. I often required a cane or wheelchair for longer distances. Even simple daily tasks were a massive challenge. The sporadic pain was often unmanageable, negatively impacting my overall quality of life. Traditional western medicine had done what it could, but I was resigned to the idea that my mobility would be minimal for the rest of my life. However, after just one visit with Cara, I noticed a dramatic shift. The pain lessened significantly, and I felt a newfound ease of movement. With each subsequent visit, the improvements continued, allowing me to gradually increase my activity levels. When I transitioned to Corey, my progress accelerated even further. I was recently able to walk a 3 miles to achieve a bucket list item. I never could have achieved that goal prior to these treatments. I am forever grateful for the incredible care I received from both Cara and Corey at Austin Deep. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone seeking to improve their mobility and...

I’ve gotten about half a dozen massages at AUSTINDEEP now. It’s a wonderful space, their therapists are very well-trained, the sign-up process is easy, and their policies are reasonable. Both locations are great. This is not a place you come to just fall asleep - the deep tissue work is WORK but it is so worth it. Personally, I’ve found a favorite in Mariah. I really appreciate that she starts with quite a bit of pressure and then asks for your input to adjust from there. I know the cost of a massage is significant (for me, at least!) but I’ve finally accepted that it’s an investment in my health. I get such bad shoulder and neck tension that I can’t sleep. After a session with Mariah, I rest better for weeks. In fact, during the massage, if she starts with my right side, by the time she switches to the left I can feel an incredible difference in the comfort/tension of either side - it makes me realize just how uncomfortable I was going about my day to day! I’ve tried quite a few other companies and nowhere else have I had such consistently wonderful, meaningful experiences. The finishing touch to every session - they give you a bottle of water and a small bag of Epsom salts to take home and use as a follow up to your massage. If you’re hesitating - go ahead and book it!...

My massage therapist was going through the motions, I didn’t have as much relief from the deep tissue as I normally would've, and he didn’t target the areas I mentioned. I also shared some personal info about why my body was so tight and locked up which would’ve warranted some reaction or comment of sympathy but it was like talking to a stone wall. I was in disbelief and shock by the end of the massage. I thought I'd mentioned I wanted DEEP tissue. I do partially blame myself for not speaking up during the massage but I specifically mentioned what areas I wanted targeted and wasn’t sure when he’d get to the areas I wanted on a deeper level as he mentioned it was full body. I’ve had full body massages while still having more focus on areas I specify. I understand it’s standard to loosen up fascia before digging deeper. I spoke up about the areas that felt good but he glazed over it and moved so fast that had he massaged a more sensitive area so quickly, I would’ve held my breath. I ended up driving to another massage place and getting another hr massage because I was so dissatisfied. I’m disappointed the prices are high and I tipped him as much as I did. I’m not sure if he’s a reflection of how everyone there conducts their massages at...
