Austin Med Spa is absolutely the best! Everyone is so sweet and I enjoyed chatting with Baileigh and Pam before heading back for my treatment.

Krista, the Nurse Practitioner, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced! The amount of time and care she puts into explaining everything before and after my appointments are indicative of her vast knowledge of all the procedures and products. You can clearly tell Krista is highly educated and versed in all things healthcare, beauty, and wellness. Krista makes you feel comfortable knowing you have chosen well when seeking a reputable and trustworthy Med Spa.

PicoSure is working! I am a 43 y/o, Pacific Islander and did not start wearing makeup until I was 30 y/o. Grew up in Texas, lived 3 years in Hawaii and 3 years in San Diego, CA in my early 20s with no sunscreen or protection from the harsh sun on my face or skin. Then in my 30s started noticing dark age/sun spots on my face that I was sure they would just be there forever. Tried covering “the big ones” with makeup, bought the OTC lightening creams and nothing worked. Recently, on a girls trip we got to talking about how lasers can remove sun spots and I was intrigued! I recently moved from New York City to Austin and was on the hunt for a new Med Spa that handled all things skincare. After a careful Google search I came across Austin Med Spa. The reviews were amazing and so I decided to give it a try. My sister (who came along to keep me company) and I arrived a few minutes before my 12:15 p.m. appointment. The moment you open the front door you can absolutely see the place is well kept and exceptionally clean. The waiting area has snacks and beverages for you to enjoy while you wait. I made an appointment with Suzette based on Google reviews and I was not disappointed. Suzette has been in skincare for almost 20 years and it shows. She is kind, detailed in going over what your expectations are and explaining what she thinks would work best. My sister came into the room with me and the three of us laughed and spoke about all things skincare. I was completely impressed by Suzette and feel lucky I have found a place I will be returning to for all my skincare needs. Baileigh at the front desk is incredibly welcoming. Her client service skills are amazing and everyone business should have staff as attentive with incredible attention to detail and caring as she is. Her knowledge of skin care products are next to none and at her recommendation I purchased an SPF face cream that I'm in love with. I’ve been coming to Austin Med Spa since 2012, driving seven hours from Marfa. Suzette does an excellent job! Prior to that I’d had Botox injections done by several different plastic surgeons. The results I’ve consistently received, over the years at Austin Med Spa, are vastly superior in comparison to those from the plastic surgeons. When I decided to start getting fillers I was nervous about it. Suzette educated me about the best options for the areas of my face I wanted to address. She’s always professional and she sincerely cares. I’m a RN and have been an operating room manager twice in my career. I have very high standards, especially in regards to overall cleanliness, education, advocacy and the steps taken before, during and after procedures. The Austin Med Spa team doesn’t disappoint! Also, I never feel rushed or pressured. Recently I had PicoSure and IPL done by Anita and am very happy with the results! I always get a cheerful and most welcoming greeting from JJ and Baileigh. Baileigh is a wiz, along with Suzette, at knowing what current online rewards are available to use towards procedures done. They offer excellent skincare products for sale too.
