Very fustrating experience with the customer service here. I had decided to treat myself to a quilt I had my eye on after getting done with finals. I walked in wasn't greeted. I grabbed an associate to help me find the quilt they had on display but didn't have stock. She checked stock then told me that they had one in stock but it might be the display and they would surely sell me the display if it was the last one they had in stock. I was completely fine with this. Her manager came to close the deal and decided he couldn't sell me the display because it was a quilt!? Anyways he didn't applogize told his associate that he wouldn't sell the display to me and to just buy it from the warehouse and wave the shipping. He didn't even acknowledge me in this exchange he just pawned the situation off on the associate. It's fine that they are going to order the quilt but the product is backstocked and I'll have to wait at least 2 week. Just really fustrating I got my hopes up that I would be taking home the quilt that day and even told there would be a discount since it was the display. I'm mostly just really fustrated with the manager he didn't take responsibility for the situation didn't apologize for the fustration or take over the exchange. Read moreI came in today as a not so savvy shopper looking for help and received THE BEST customer experience I think anyone could ask for. Normally, I’d run from going decor shopping, but as soon as I entered the store I felt welcomed. The ladies here wore smiles the entire time, and have a genuine desire to help. One in particular, April Moritz, assisted me through a one on one consultation. Again, I’m not a decorator but I was happy to have her by my side bringing my dream table decor to life. She was able to combine my style with my significant other’s (ones that usually don’t go well together) creating a modern but traditional table scape that match our entire apartment even the cow skin rug. More than anything she was able to help me choose a design that was within my budget while still including the elements I really wanted. For anyone who gets easily overwhelmed with shopping instore or isn’t too confident in pulling pieces together I encourage you to come see April!
