I was DOUBLE CHARGED on my card TWICE a few months apart. I have been playing phone tag with them ever since. I am not talking an over charge of a few dollars but my entire bill, one was over $50 and the other was around $30. When I did get a hold of someone, I was told that sometimes if there are two similar charges it tends to do that and it will "fall off" in a few days. I should not have listened because it never "fell off". The fact is, they charged me twice!!
Unless you want them to take your money out of your bank, I suggest USING CASH ONLY. I like this place but this really makes me not want to spend money here.
The first incident I left my card, they wouldn't let me go back in at 2:05AM to get it. I came back the next day and paid my tab and even gave a tip. Well then I see two charges, one with and one without a tip. They already charged me but then charged me again. Where is the communication among staff on proper protocols? I am extremely disappointed that an establishment as such doesn't have clear guidelines for staff related to charging cards.
The second time I didn't leave my card but when I left a tip, again I have one with and one without a tip. Why I even tipped them, I don't know, but I think I wont next time. If I even go back, I will not be using my card! Now I am out $80.00!! I will be calling and hopefully can get my money back! You have been WARNED!

Read moreI really, really enjoyed the environment and atmosphere of this establishment. I truly had a great time... until I didn’t. My partner was physically assaulted in the bathroom, came out and said we needed to leave immediately, that he’d been assaulted. Unfortunately, I insisted on letting authorities to handle it. After a tedious conversation with the owner, he proceeded to say that nothing uncanny occurred and that it was indeed my partner’s fault. This forced me to involve law enforcement. We’ve been here a number of times with no altercations, but the one time there was, it was no one’s fault but ours. Photo evidence, police reports, medical records, litigation all support my claims which are contrary to the owner’s. I’m giving this place a fair rating because I truly did enjoy my time there as a patron before things went sideways. I’d go there again if management hadn’t singled us out as unwelcome guests - even though we were the ones victimized. In the numerous establishments I’ve attended, this treatment has never occurred. I believe it’s downright immoral, possibly illegal, for management to handle the situation in this way. As great as the place may be for a single occasion, I do not recommend it as a safe place. Had it not been for management’s unwillingness to deal with the issue appropriately, my takeaways would’ve been...
Read moreAs the name implies, it is a rooftop bar. Plenty of seats to be had at the bar and white leather couches spread around the rooftop with coffee tables with them. You can also rent a hookah from them and smoke on the rooftop. I’m not a fan of smoke at all, but since we were on a rooftop and there was a decent breeze, it didn’t bother me.
They don’t have any beer on tap and the selection was kind of limited. But since it is obviously a cocktail bar, I’m not complaining – I’m just trying to give my beer lovin’ brethren a heads up. =)
I ordered a Dos Equis which was $4 since it was happy hour (which is from 3p-7p M-F). My friends had cocktails and said they were quite tasty. We sat at the bar, so the service was fine. I can’t comment on the service for the other seating areas.
They serve some food – appetizers/ hors d'oeuvres that looked pretty tasty.
The ambiance is pretty cool and would be a good place to take a date to. It’s on a roof top and that’s cool and all, but just don’t expect a view of the city skyline or anything like that. It is smack dab in the middle of the North Domain (or Domain North) so you are just going to be looking at the street and all of the other restaurants,...
