Skip the RH Outlet and go to the The Four Hands Home Outlet! They have more furniture, better quality, condition and significantly better prices. Plus multiple deliveries a week. It is also the current Four Hands season as well. Michelle at the outlet store will take great care of you.

If you want to be really organized and need to fully furnish a room or two, I’d recommend checking out the Four Hands website or main Woodward St store to create a wish list. Then head to the Outlet store on Wednesdays and Fridays with your list in hand. They get multiple trailers in a week so there is always furniture coming in and the stuff goes fast, so you have to be on it and multiple trips will most probably be required. It is worth it though for the savings.

Finally, work with Michelle at the Outlet store, she is fantastic, works insanely hard and genuinely cares about helping you get what you want. She can let you know if any of your items will be inbound on any future trailers and give you a shout when they come in. They do not do delivery but can organize it for you. I have purchased from this place before and while I truly love their pieces, todays experience has left me hugely disappointed! I picked a sectional but was not sure about measurements so I discussed with Lauren. she mentioned that it cannot be put on hold , I went towards home and had someone measure the space at my home and called Lauren immediately in 10 min. I told her that am coming back to store and if this is still not picked up by someone that she wait as am on way. When I called her she mentioned that item is not tagged and she’s finding who got it. When I told her I will check if my husband has the tag she told me to check on that.I arrive 8 mins later at the store to see that she sold the item. Based on our conversation she asked me that she first need to find the tag but instead she retagged the item n sold out knowing that am coming to get it. We bought a couch and a dining room table on a Sunday. With the guarantee - a guarantee - they would be delivered on Monday. Four days later, we have nothing to show for our money. The delivery service claimed that our table had been cracked in multiple ways all along, did we really want it this way? As if we would spend over $1000 for a dining room table that was cracked in multiple areas. They also have our couch. Now they refused to deliver it because I complained about the dining room table and about how late the delivery WE PAID FOR is. I rarely can get Four Hands on the phone and when I do, they say they have nothing to do with the delivery service.
