Terrible company. You will receive no support from them. They are still using Covid as an excuse and I suspect they have fired everyone they could and kept more of the millions they make from helpless ads customers like me. I get hung up on if I enter my old Google accounts number. But, I discovered that if I use a new account number then they will answer. Everyone who answers now is rude and unhelpful even though everything is their fault and their mobile ads app now has a huge glitch. They mix up business accounts and emails because they keep tracking everything by your ip address, even if you use a proxy.
Why can’t I get the help I deserve?! It’s one thing to have technical issues or miscommunication while trying to get verified for my new business, but an entirely different nightmare when I can’t even call a human being to get the help I desperately need. How can this company be so heartless! You put yourselves over small business owners. You never have any adequate solutions online. A robot can’t communicate what a human uniquely discovers which are Google’s errors in their mobile ads and email communication practices. How frustrating to have to type everything I need to say! Why! Best believe God knows what you’re doing is wrong. I’m now calling the Federal Trade Commission to see about breaking this company up due to breach of trust or whatever I can find out. This is totally unfair and completely wrong. Put back 2019. Real people. Now this company shirks on live customer service wherever they can. I CANNOT WAIT FOR the Justice Department to handle you...
Read moreGoogle has recently removed my company, Avery Pools, from its maps, along with all customer reviews and profile images. As a result, potential clients can only find us if they specifically search for our name in Schertz, TX. We have received calls on my personal cell from clients who have referred us to neighbors needing pool construction, but Google has mistakenly redirected our information to a new competitor, "Avree Pools," in the San Antonio area. The AI-driven search engine now inaccurately claims that we have changed our name, which is not the case and is severely damaging our business. I have a screenshot of this erroneous AI response regarding Avery Pools, which I will attach to this review. Our marketing efforts are now misdirected, potentially costing us over a million dollars in damages. I urge someone to contact me directly, as we may have to consider litigation if this issue is not resolved. The impact of this situation has already forced us to consider layoffs, as we have not received new customer...
Read moreThere is a misunderstanding about this location (500 W 2nd St.), so let me be clear: This is not a customer support center, nor is it public accessible! This is for computer engineers and technicians for Google. There is no technical support for your broken wires, no Google Fiber support, and no computor technicians to assist you with your computer problems. We advise the public with related issues seek out services by seeking a real store like at The Domain, or going online for technical support on call. And anyone seeking job interviews with resumés in hand, the only way to about it is online only. The Google offices are NOT open to the public, so there's no tours either.
Please understand this is a business building, with only the upper garage open for paid public parking. There are also no public restrooms, so please plan...
