DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE! I made a purchase in April. From the moment I made the purchase everything has been a horrible customer service experience. Information about delivery was not relayed resulting in a need to pay extra money for the peace to come into my home. I was placed on a program as a âprofessionalâ which does not apply to me. However, because I am placed on this program it is that much harder for me to return the item
When I contacted the store to let them know that I wanted to return the piece, I was told that they could not help me and I need to get a shipping label from headquarters. Why I need to do that myself as a customer I would not ever try to understand.
I have called headquarters and they tell me that thereâs a restocking fee. When I expressed to them, that I am just a regular customer and not a professional, purchaser or stager; I was told that I was placed in a program incorrectly, and the purchase was done incorrectly from the start.
I donât believe the intention behind, placing me on the program was done in malice, however; information was not related to me, and now I am the one having to deal with the crazy that comes with this. Itâs unfair to say the least.

ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE "CULTURALLY/ETHNICALLY DIVERSE CUSTOMERS", (AND YES, I AM USING NAMES AND PROFILES TO COME THIS CONCLUSION, CALL IT WHAT YOU WANT), AS MYSELF.. THAT DIDN'T GET THE TIME OF DAY OR RECEIVE A GOOD SERVICE THROUGH AND THROUGH, WHETHER THAT HAD BEEN OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON. THE UNFORTUNATE PART IS THAT I AM A CONSTRUCTION GUY HERE IN AUSTIN AND COULD BRING A LOT OF BUSINESS TO A PLACE LIKE THIS, WHICH I AM SURE THEY DON'T SEE MUCH FOOT TRAFFIC TO BEGIN WITH.
I WOULD NEVER TREAT PEOPLE (ESPECIALLY BUSINESS CUSTOMERS!) THE WAY THEY ARE AND HAVE PREVIOUSLY.. ALSO, I BELIEVE SOME OF THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS MAY BE REQUESTED OR INITIATED BY THESE UNTRAINED OVER PRIVILEGED EMPLOYEES OR MAYBE PAID FOR.

I understand a certain level of variation will occur due to the production method, and I was surprised when I received two lamps that were even more different than I could have imagined - one light blue, one dark blue. Having worked in high end interiors, I figured instead of bothering with repacking and returning (I really did want them!), I might try bringing the bases back to the store to ask if I could possibly switch one out for the floor model, which was a tone directly in-between the two Iâd received. The staff was enthusiastic in helping me bring the bases in from my vehicle and the managers were the ones who got down on the ground to undo the cord that was under all the display pillars. They walked me out to the car and made sure everything was secured for the drive home. They encouraged me to come back again to do another exchange if I ended up not being completely satisfied. I have never been so impressed by a staff and managers. I will be shopping there for lighting exclusively...
