I am writing to express my extreme disappointment in a piece of furniture we purchased from Four Hands. From the moment we received it, we have had nothing but problems, and it has become increasingly clear that this item is not up to the quality standards we expected. As you can see from the attached photos, the issues include: The top wood is separating from supports Drawers that do not align properly Doors that do not align with the magnets This level of craftsmanship is unacceptable, and frankly, this piece screams “fast furniture.” It appears little care was taken in the design, material selection, or overall quality control. The response we have received from Four Hands thus far—suggesting that our house is "too dry"—feels dismissive and inadequate. Every home experiences some level of dryness, but well-prepared and properly treated materials should not have these issues. These are extreme, design and material selection related issues and now the home or the home owner's issues. It is frustrating to feel that Four Hands is simply trying to wear down the consumer until they give up rather than addressing legitimate concerns. This experience has completely eroded my trust in the brand, and I can confidently say I will never purchase from Four Hands again. Take a look at these photos. What designer/manufacturer would be proud of this? And you wonder why people buy Ikea - at least they know this won't happen and the company will stand behind it.

We bought two night stands and when I got home two knobs were missing. After days and approximately 2 weeks they shipped the two pieces. Then one of them doesn't even fit. We called and they said that they can't do anything about it. So disappointed. We need to talk to someone about this situation.

Do NOT shop here. They sold us an item that they claimed was in stock. Then after weeks of waiting informed us that is was not in stock. Horrible business practice. Dishonest business. They chase revenue at the expense of good quality customer service. Avoid this company and move on.

I went to Fourhands and I liked some of the pieces they had there, the people working there, they seem busy in their computers. My fiance talked to one employee and they guy just ignored him, they have bad costumer service. I bought a desk/table in that store and I wanted that for my new apartment in California. I couldn't see the table because it was a screwed box. I took it out of the box when I arrived to California and we saw that it was bent, we paid $900 for a bent desk basically, so I talked to an employee there and since it was their fault, they sent me a new base, the base that they sent me was worst than the one i got in the first place. As you can see in the picture, it is chipped in some places, it is in horrible condition, some of the paint is missing, one of the legs is shiny and the other is opaque. It is not the same quality as the first one that i got. I feel that I was scammed, I wouldn't buy this if this was going to happen. I called and talked to the manager and sent her the pictures of the damaged base and told me that they did a favor by sending this base because it was not their fault that I moved, that the base was normal and it had an antique look, can you believe that? and there was nothing that she could do. She said that the base could be damaged because in the shipment and that its not their problem if that happened, that they are not going to believe me. Just like a horror movie. They probably sent me the base table that they wanted to get rid of. I suggest not to buy from here. unless you really see what you are going to buy and open the box before hand, so they don't sell you DAMAGED or USED stuff. I hope Fourhands changes their staff because they are very rude!!! and if they messed up, they won't help you. I am so disappointed about this place, I throw away $900, got bad customer service and got scammed. I will...

UNDERWHELMING CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPLY CHAIN MGMT: Ordered a media console in mid July 2020. The item wasn't in stock and I was told it would become available early September (reasonable 1.5 month lead time) due to COVID delays in supply chain. Late August, the expected availability had pushed into mid October. After a multiple iterations of this, we are now in March 2021 and the item just became available. Clearly no control whatsoever of their supply chain as its now been EIGHT months after purchase (paid in full) and SIX MONTHS late. During the entire delay process, the only bit of information I received was that they were confident in the new target date and I was first in line when the item finally became available. Obviously, after the first couple of times it happened, they lost complete credibility.

After multiple requests to get some sort discount or compensation due to the extreme delays, Four Hands has not done anything to rectify this and all they do is hide via emails and point to" pandemic delays". I understand the world we live in but their peers are living in the same reality. Within this time I have also ordered from Crate & Barrel, CB2, West Elm, RH and NONE of them have been anywhere near 6 MONTH late on an order. If anything it has been a couple of weeks to a month. In those instances, they have made it right as customer service means something to their...
