The ratings speak for themselves this location/store is awful. One thing you should know before buying anything is that every sale is FINAL!!! Which means that theyāll do anything to not give you your money back no matter the condition. Theyāll offer you an exchange and then say that the piece of jewelry your trying to return is worn and has to be brand new to be āresaleableā. When we walked in this lady was so happy to return us our money back and it wasnāt until she needed manager approval when the manager walked over and immediately without looking at the piece of jewelry weāre trying to return said itās worn and they couldnāt return either one. First of if your offering an exchange your going to take back the item either ways. Also mind you the items we were trying to return were in the box and never worn 2days after purchase with the original receipt. There is absolutely no reason why we couldnāt get our money back and the manager at this location needs to get retrained on good customer service. I will never consider buying any sort of jewelry and i also would not recommend it to anyone...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI spent over $400 and the jewelry arrived with out any box. I'm not referring to premium gift wrapping. The 8 pieces of jewelry should have come with boxes. How would people know where this jewelry is from if you dont have it in the basic Pandora box... customer service can't seem to fix it or help. Then their google customer service response under this post gives me the same number that can't help send the boxes I should've received. Terrible service. Never again. Very laughable.
12/24/2024 Update: I ended up buying 5 Pandora premium gift wrapping separately (pink cube boxes with white bag), it arrived & still doesn't include jewelry boxes LOL. It's a pink hallow box! Quick fix: went to CVS and bought 5 jewelry boxes (actually gift card boxes)to fit bracelets and earrings. I put festive paper shreds to fill up space in the box with the CVS snowflake jewelry box on top. I could've gone to the mall to ask for the jewelry boxes, but that's...

The manager was so rude to her employees as well when they couldnāt figure out the engraving machine. She said she would do the engraving and after 40 minutes passed of her trying to get the engraving machine to work I walked up and asked if she thought she would be able to get the machine working. I got a very cold āno.ā In return. I believe her name was Gisele but Iām not positive. Please though if youāre looking to spend money and leave not annoyed donāt go here. Also they had me pay for everything before I got anything or before they could get their engraving machine to work, so now I have to wait however many days for 130$ to come back...
