Do yourself a favor and just skip this location and go to another store! If I could give it a zero I would have! How do you expect to sell any clothes when you don't offer the customer a way to try on their clothes or WORSE NOT EVEN PROVIDE the customer with A MIRROR ATLEAST! That's right folks this location does not have 1 single mirror in the whole entire store! That's pathetic and just not acceptable! You clearly need to fire the person in charge and make some better decisions if you want 2 stay in business! You do absolutely NOTHING 2 try and make shopping at your store enjoyable or fun! You clearly do not care about the customers and your employees are RUDE and about as bad as you can get! You should be embarrassed ! I like rainbows clothes but I will not buy any of them from this location EVER! I'm embarrassed 4 yall! Your gonna be outta business before long if you continue 2 run your business this poorly! Can't even offer a mirror- they sell them at dollar tree for 5bks-GET with the program! I'm going to try to find a corporate number and complain so if I do I will add it...

I went into the store on 6/15/20 to exchange some items. I was told by the night manager (African American) that it would be impossible without a receipt. She was very condescending in her tone when I ask her about a store credit, that was written in the store policy sitting by the register . She wouldn't allow the other clerk to give me a store credit, she told her I had to pay for the new items and returned to me the old items I wanted to return. I had previously called the store located on Lamar and was told by the (Caucasian) night store manager that a store credit is given without a receipt. All policies should be the same for any location in any area. I feel there need to be some re-training for the (African American) night manager at the capital plaza location. Reading the reviews I was hesitating about coming here because of the bad customer service in mostly all the reviews, but I ended up going anyways. I really like Wax Jeans and Rainbow happens to stock a lot of them. I got there when the store opened and I was kinda blown away at how big this store is totally wasn't expecting it. But i found plenty of the jeans I was looking for in stock and priced well.

I dealt with two of the employees while there and they were both very friendly and eager to help me with the fitting room and checking out. They were even nice to my daughter having a conversation with her.
