Basically a food vending service. You order at a kiosk in the lobby or online. There are no dine-in physical restaurants in this building. The kiosk ordering area is combined with a waiting/pick-up area. There are a few tables and chairs and benches to sit at, but they weren’t being cleaned or maintained. The order goes somewhere in the building where the food is prepared - as quickly and efficiently as possible, so it’s more like “fast-food”. If you’ve ordered online, upon your arrival you enter your name/order into a tablet and when the food is ready you pick it up in a locker. As for the food, the Ube Latte from Pokeworks was not good. The tapioca (starch) balls were hard and stale. So it was basically a glass of flavored milk for $7.52 + tip. The Butter Marsala Chicken from Foodpath Indian Cuisine was pretty good, but it was just the rice and chicken in sauce for $16.23 + tip. There was a garbage can out front that was totally overflowed, with garbage all around on the ground. All-in-all it’s a great idea with poor execution and a not-so-good value.

"I never imagined I'd be able to get delicious Chinese food delivered at 5 a.m., but 'Chinese Near Me' (what it is listed under in Uber Eats app) absolutely delivered—literally! The combination fried rice was packed with beef, chicken, and shrimp, with perfectly cooked rice. I also got a buy-one-get-one-free deal on their chicken egg rolls, (4 egg rolls total) which were large, crispy, and super tasty. The crab rangoons were a touch sweet for my preference, but still really good overall. Even though I haven't visited in person, this affordable delivery left me thoroughly satisfied and happy to recommend them. If you're craving late-night (or early-morning) Chinese, definitely give them a try."

was craving poke and randomly chose this restaurant, my bowl was so good I’ve ordered it 5 times within 1-2 weeks since! for some reason this recent time masago was not listed as an option so I left a note asking for it to be added (which it usually costs extra) and they threw it on for me!!! thank you so much pokeworks poke in general is pretty pricy but the portions are decent considering seafood is quite expensive, my bowls never feel like they’re lacking from any one ingredient and the flavor is very good

My family and I pick up from here on occasion, and enjoy the food. However, the operation-at-large can be a frustrating experience (though, an interesting peak into the future the first couple times you go).

Last night, I placed an order 1 hour in advance. We each ordered food from a different restaurant (3).

I arrived at my 7:45 pick-up time and I can see that 2 of my items are sitting on a shelf (shout out to Lotus Salad & Aburi Oshi Sushi for being on-top-of-it). After waiting 20 minutes, I ask the customer-interfacing employee about the status of my order and am told that the restaurant I ordered from (you are dead to me ATX Indian Cuisine) was closed!

Yes, I am sure this was the restaurant's fault for not setting their hours in the system. But, I also blame the 5610 operation because the employee immediately knew what the problem was when she looked at my order on the screen... but was not paying close enough attention to prevent this problem in the prior 80 minutes available from when my order was placed. I was even told that I was not the first order that was cancelled that evening. When one order was cancelled, how does 5610 not manually close the store themselves and cancel all orders? Really... just a failure all around.

5610 cancelled my food order. However, any food operator I typically frequent would have done more to atone for their embarrassingly poor performance and wasting of my time. They still collected the full tip that I applied to my bill, which I suppose I will just have to address by reducing future tips when bad service is received.

I expect we will continue to go here on occasion, but for various reasons I regularly leave the pick-up process feeling frustrated for one reason or another. I am using this one as an example because it is easy to explain how poorly handled it was... but I find myself constantly complaining about the pick-up process as I unbox my food at the house.

I want to leave a 1 star review for ATX Indian Cuisine on the 5610 Food Co website... but I can't even figure out how to do that. Are the website reviews even real - where does one go to leave an individual review?

EDIT: we went for the first time today since my previous review. We were given a pickup time between 7:32 and 7:42. We received our order at 7:56. Things just rarely seems to...

Love the concept of this place where you can order whatever you want. Multiple options great CONCEPT. However, after the experience I just had I personally will not be back. I went on my lunch break and ordered a burger and two boiled eggs. The burger got cancelled immediately because I guess the place was closed (which isn’t my issue). I then went back to the kiosk and ordered pulled pork fries. I was also with my coworker who ordered pasta so we waited about 20-25 mins. Went back inside from waiting in the car and her food was ready. And I’m still just waiting and my order then when I checked it said “4 minutes” wait the 4 mins check again and it changed to “delayed” so I sat and waited while my coworker ate her food. Our lunch break ends at 1pm so 12:55 rolls around and a new guy up front ask who I’m waiting for I tell him waiting for and hear him ask his coworker “who is crazy fries and quesadillas” at which point the lady who’s been up front the whole time says “that’s cheat day…and they’re closed”. And this is where my issue arises. I have now waited 30 mins have rolled out of my lunch break and this is when the front desk lady informs me “they’re closed, we’ll have to refund your order”. So for lunch today I at 2 boiled and 30 mins of non existent fries. My advise would be to just beware of where you order from because they don’t always show up closed on the kiosk and id hate to see anyone have to wait 30+ mins on a limited lunch break for food that will never come. But hey…the boiled eggs I waited 30 mins...

Horrible. That's the only word that accurately describes my experience at 5610 Food Co. The only reason they got one star was Google doesn't give the option to give zero stars!

I ordered four chicken tenders from Hot Wing House, and not only did it take my order 40 minutes to show up but the rather rude lady behind the counter (jokingly, I hope) said "Well, you wanted your food cooked, didn't you?!?" That was more effort than she put in during the previous three times I inquired about my order. They are more intent on yelling at customers to close the pick-up container doors or spend time staring at their phones. Don't expect any customer service, you won't get any.

Then, after this unacceptable wait, I find they got my order wrong! I got six chicken wings which ended up making me nauseous. I should've checked my order when I finally got it, but I wanted to leave the premises as quickly as possible. They also crushed my fries with the chicken wings I never wanted in the first place.

About the only bright side was watching the robot carts go back and forth, but that's nominal entertainment. I won't set foot in 5610 Food Co. again. It's a novel concept, but poorly executed. Save yourself a disappointing experience and go elsewhere. I most certainly will!

p.s. The options are also way overpriced, and they force you to leave a tip...
