This CiCi’s Pizza location sits in a lively part of town, drawing a bustling crowd throughout the evening. The buffet, though kept consistently stocked, lacked the variety typically expected at a CiCi’s. During my visit, the rotation remained limited to about six types—sausage, pepperoni, cheese, jalapeno, spinach, meat lovers, and the unique chicken and waffles option. Unfortunately, even with these limited choices, the staff struggled to keep up with demand. I observed several moments when the buffet line was emptied by eager customers, leaving brief gaps before it was replenished, only to be swiftly emptied again. Despite the high traffic, the staff handled the challenge admirably. They were friendly, attentive, and maintained quality standards for each pizza put out. The pizzas served were warm and on par with what you’d expect from CiCi’s, maintaining their classic flavors and texture. However, the limited selection and the difficulty in keeping up with demand led to extended waits, detracting from the overall experience. Ultimately, I’m giving this location 4 out of 5 stars. The quality and taste hold steady, but the variety and pacing could use improvement to fully satisfy the crowd. If you’re nearby and craving CiCi’s, this spot will hit the mark—just be prepared for potential wait times during peak hours.

I ordered 3 simple items through uber eats and they messed up two of them. When this happens, they make you re order and pay the fees and tip all over again. They don’t pay attention to the orders. It was literally 4pm when I ordered so it’s not like they were busy, they are just careless. Won’t order from here again. Also the Mac n cheese pizza I ordered was so soaked from the runny cheese I couldn’t eat the pizza correctly. The toppings would literally fall off as soon as I grab the crust to hold it so I had to let them fall off, then scoop them up with pieces of the pizza. Never again.

The store was trashed every table and booth were dirty. Sad part was they weren’t even busy to have had it that dirty. I family had to wipe down their own booth just so they could let their kids sit down. After us being there for over 20mins an employee came to clean the table and booth yet did it at a slow pace. Employees and manager looked like they didn’t want to be there. The manager even saw how dirty it looked out in their lobby but it took forever for them to go clean. I only took one photo because their was just a mess everywhere.

If there is something not made right away, you can ask people to make whatever you want for you. The Cici's in Austin at 78723 is a buffet, so it good to get your value for your money eating atleast 9 or ten slices of pizza. It smells clean, and on the day my legs misacted on me making me spill something, the women were not rude to me about it. The air conditioning is always on to a reasonable comfy temperature temperature ( a must in Texas) and there is never a shortage of my favorite pizza. I paid for my sweet tea, and it was made perfectly. This is a family oriented place. They allow me to fill up my water bottle for free with water and whenever I have had to in order to survive. The salad bar is filled up with goodies like pudding, gelatin, fruit, and spinach. The soda fountain was not nasty like the one in Bastrop, Texas. The people here are compassionate in medical emergencies. No one hits me with a refrigerator door here, and men do not beg from me here.

There are plenty of employees who clean up for you, giving you table side service. The pizzas have plenty of calories to fill you up, and the water is clean. I like the coca cola every now and than. However, you have to be your own security guard and guard your valuable items here. There are no secure places to store your items here if you are dining as a single woman. I suggest that you eyeball your valuables so that any criminal gets scared away from stealing from you. In addition, never leave your beverage unattended even if for five minutes. Someone might put an illegal drug in it, or tamper it. The moment that you are no guarding your valuables, someone will steal them and leave you the bill for replacement fees. Never leave anything of yours here unguarded, even if for a minute.

I once got stolen from, and it was because I did not guard my things. It was also because I trusted a stranger. When you dine in at Cici's, never leave your personal items unguarded to prevent them being stolen.

The spinach and salad...

Place is disgusting! Grabbed 2 slices of pizza both raw, the pizza dough was all at the top not cooked properly.

Showed the manager NADIA GARCIA and she did NOTHING!!! I sat down and waited over 30 min never made an attempt to apologize or remake the pizza, I grew impatient and went to the front and told her if I could just take 1 slice of pizza to go since I couldn’t eat here that if she could please cook one and I would wait and did not ask for a whole pizza just a slice to go and she REFUSED, I couldn’t eat here because I ran out of time and she simply said no and she would’t do anything to help me that I had to eat here. Very rude, very unprofessional, not helpful she speaks Spanish and so do I so there’s no communication barrier very upsetting that all I could eat was a plate of broccoli with ranch.

She knew I was upset as I waited thinking they were remaking a pizza. when I took her the undercooked pizza and told her I had 2 more at the table she never came to look or check on us. Me and my son have just been sitting here for nothing, I will never come back here. She really ruined the experience and happiness that usually happens when visiting their locations now I will never come back. Do a better job at training your managers on customer...
