Don't spend your money here!!! My fiance and I recently got engaged. He purchased my custom engagement ring from here and it's been a nightmare to get this ring into wearable shape! This is a bit of a story so buckle up! My fiance did a surprise proposal. He risked me finding out so he could get an accurate ring size so the ring would fit and we could take pictures right as it happened. So, he takes me into Treatures to get me sized and let me shop a little, I end up finding something I really like, and I mentioned I would like a different center stone. We end up leaving with nothing. Two weeks later, he proposes in front of a bunch of friends and family, I said YES! And he goes to put the ring on my finger and it's TINY! Like it doesn't even fix on my pinky finger. So just pictures of the ring around the very tip of my finger, I wasn't the end of the world but also very disappointing since he took such a big risk to the surprise to get the size right but Treasures messed that up. We go in to get it sized correctly and they have my ring size on file so they take a few days to resize it. I get it back wear it for not even four days and one of the small diamonds around the main stones halo falls out, okay we take it back in. This is a ring I am supposed to wear the rest of my life and they stones don't even stay in the ring for a week. When my fiance picks up the ring for the third time he looks at it in the daylight outside Treatures' front door and notice the replacement diamond doesn't fix right and it's really noticeable so he walks back in to have them fix it for the 3rd time! They take another 5 days to fix the ring. I get it back for the 4th time and everything is good for 3 weeks until that replacement diamond falls out AGAIN!! So know they have my engagement ring for the 4th time and its going to take another 5-6 days to get it back. For a place that specializes in custom jewelry they sure do have a hard time making jewelry that doesn't fall apart and with their no refunds policy, we are just stuck. I really wish we had gone with another jewelry store but we are stuck with them, you don't have to make the same mistake! The front desk staff is nice and willing to fix the ring every time but have an engagement ring that is not falling apart is preferably. Who ever their jeweler is they seems to be doing a real half ass job, if my ring is the example. It's a real bummer because I am super excited to be marrying the love of my life but I am scared to wear the engagement ring for fear of the stones all falling out. Waiting a month for a ring kept getting different excuses on what's going on. Finally just got tired of waiting. So just went to get my money back but they told me can't get a refund. We'll I could but in 2 weeks don't know the difference between now an then but ok. Then I asked since yall don't do refund how much longer I got to wait on the ring I already paid for. 3 weeks so another month. Maybe more cause "Christmas " is coming up I order this before Thanksgiving. At this point I want my money back but can't or I got to wait 2 week minus well wait another week am get what I paid for. But of course it's "back order" or "the holiday " guess I'm looking at next year for a simple ring this is crazy. Update: Val called an apologize an told me I should be getting it soon an was real professional about it so I appreciate the call just to make sure I didnt feel like I'm wasting time or money an getting something I dont want thanks again Val! °UPDATE AGAIN: waited 2 months an my order was ready 1/15/2025 I get there an the ring IS NOTHING WHAT I WANTED. an ontop of that had BIG fake diamonds .I was under the impression that they had real everything. 400$ is 400$ hard earned money. An the ring didn't have a 10k stamp on it. The ring look like it came from a corner store. I thought this was a jewelry store! An also the guy who presented to me told me the ring I wanted they don't make..... well why was I able to put my money down for it? So I left without the ring cause I'm not taking what I don't want. If I could give them zero stars I would. I only decided to purchase a watch with these people because of my son. Called over the phone and spoke with Hollywood, I guess that's the name he goes by, but I spoke with him about getting a replica cartier watch with moissanite diamonds and was told they had in another store. Put a down payment and when I got to the store to pick up and pay the remaining balance, Hollywood, the salesman, said they didn't have it on stick but then showed me a replica rolex with the mossanite diamonds. He convinced me to get this watch and I'm so upset that I allowed him to do such a thing because I don't like the watch at all. On 2 different occasions I had to get the watch repaired, nothing big, just the clip came out twice. I called and texted asking could I replace the watch on several different occasions and 1 representative said I could, so I went in to get it repaired again because the clip came out and was told they didn't have the watch I originally wanted, so of course Hollywood was trying to sell me a different watch 😡😡😡. I asked for a manager because at this point I'm pissed because I've wasted $2500 with these people. I couldn't speak to another representative or a REAL MANAGER and when I called and asked for the owner, I was told I couldn't get that info either. The man who answered the phone gave me some email address to send my concerns too and guess what, I haven't received no reply or no confirmation that my email was received.
