Los Mangos Ice Cream — Restaurant in Austin

Seriously if I could ask for a refund I would. Really bad customer service, yea I get it your busy i work in the food industry also, but I'm paying for a semi professional services. The lady who took our order had a cut on her hand which got blood on the cup she gave me agua de coco in, which was good till I saw the blood and almost vomited, order also a chicaron preparado and it seem like she dumped all the cueritos jar on it cuz by the time I tried to eat it the chicaron was all soggy and gross. Oh but before she took are order she sneezed into her shirt and never washed her hands nor did she was her hands when she was done taking the money from the previous customer. I was looking at her in the back preparing some fruit cup I also asked for and she did put gloves on but as she was getting it ready she was eating while preparing my food with her hands and never changing the gloves. I'm sorry but I have been to a lot of fruterías around Austin and this place by far is the worse. From now on I will always stick to Hay Elotes on...

Mangonadas de nieve are life and so is the limón aguanieve. The white corn in the cup... is awesome! When I am not sure what to get, any of their home made paletas will do the trick. They really don’t have a bad dessert in here. All their ice creams are made in shop!

Edit: after reading the other reviews I want to emphasize that everything is made in shop. There will be a wait line but it will be so worth it. I live and work nearby, when I stop by I know I will either have to wait 0 minutes to up to 30. They will also run out of your favorite things sometimes, just in case that’s why I have a few faves picked out. If it’s a busy day and they run out of most things... THEY WILL CLOSE DOWN EARLY. It is a mom and pop’s shop, not a corporation business, if you want fast service and to be attended by the same server every time... then stick to your basic overpriced...

Delicious juices and delicious ice cream i given 5 stars for the ice cream and the juices but i gaiv 2 stars for the servirs becouse the Service is too slow too and the worker working like frezz and the customers always wait for 30 mouints for one juices I advise to the owner, make the worker work fast and more care about the customers. becouse we know all the customers more importent then who work there if who work there do the job very slow this will no work with customers and they takes like 15 mouints with each customers for one juice and...
