Worse place ever.. people should really stop going here, white and African American lady look like there on something…, I placed an order online, the app said it would be ready at 1:30 I went in there after, first thing I hear when I walked in there, them complaining about Spanish speaking customers how they need to try call a head and not go in person, because they still don’t understand what their saying the white lady told the African American lady “a soon as they come in tell them to go back out and call over the phone” as she was going somewhere else. Then they asked me what I wanted I mention I had placed an online order the African American lady said but what did you order, I had to tell her and she just said well we are out of a lot of meats so your order is probably just over there. Points by a computer/register that has all this other mobile order receipts that are just there none of the orders had been worked on.I asked how do I get a refund or where do I call. She just raised her shoulders and said I…DONT…KNOW…. I left had to get back to work waisted my lunch time in that trash place… today I called another location to ask how they go about that and the lady I spoke to was very nice explained the process to me. Read moreThis location used to be my favorite lunch spot, friendly staff and quick service. But over the past couple months, wow, has it gone downhill! Long wait times due to the lazy and relaxed employees. After waiting about 15 min in line, I start off by saying I'll be buying two sandwiches today. No joke, the girl behind the counter cocks her head back, rolls her eyes, and says "I'm gonna help the next person in line." What? Really? I'm so dumbfounded, I let the next one go in front of me. After finishing her sandwich, she comes back to me, and I tell her what I'm ordering. She starts shaking her head and muttering something under her breath.. After starting my sandwiches, she starts helping the next customer, and SKIPS ME AGAIN by putting his in the toaster before me. Not going to be coming back here for a while.
-UPDATE 11/08/2016- Came back to this Subway after a few months hiatus, and it has really improved. Staff was friendly and upbeat, one even remembered my sandwich preference, although I couldn't catch her name. All in all, a VAST improvement and a much better experience. Think I'll be coming...

Second time now within 2 weeks. I show up during the middle of the day…..THE DOOR IS LOCKED!!!!! One time with nobody in the store…. Today they have a full lobby of people….. I guess it must have something to do with me. I’m always polite asking how their day is going; I place my orders on the app, very simple to make order.(each time now toppings are on the side in a container, guess I have to make the thing myself now) I used to always leave about 20-25% tip cash(now I have the option in the app). So only thing left that would be cause for them to treat me this way is I’m a middle aged white guy.l, cause I can’t think of anything else. Guess they don’t want my business.
