you will NEVER get your sauces from this location
I’ve ordered from this location about 4-5 times over the course of 12 months, yet every single time without fail, they NEVER give the crazy sauce. it’s absolutely ridiculous, I’ve been burnt by this store so many times that i kept saying we won’t order from them anymore, but this last time I thought i could be smart & proactive to make sure i actually got my complete order
my most recent order included 2 crazy sauces, one on the side & one a part of the combo- despite this being the closest location to me, it’s still about 30 minutes out, & i do NOT have a car, so I’ve been ordering off uber eats… I’ve had to text & beg the drivers to make sure they include the sauce but all the previous orders were failed attempts, for whatever reason they don’t answer or see the message so it gets delivered without the sauces the drivers aside, i shouldn’t have to depend on a 3rd party person to ensure i get my full order, the STORE should be making sure all items are included before being passed out
what really grinds my gears is that this most recent order that infuriated me to the point of writing a review, I put in every note box possible, PLEASE DO NOT FORGET THE CRAZY SAUCE THANK YOU- i put this on literally every single order note box I could, including the delivery instructions, plus a message to the driver… not only this, I EVEN CALLED THE STORE!!! I CALLED!!! I CALLED & TOLD THEM THE NAME OF THE ORDER, SAID IT SHOULD BE GETTING PICKED UP SOON, SO TO PLEASE! PLEASE!!! PUT THE SAUCE!!!
they obviously ignored this. i don’t even know why they bothered answering the phone & lying to my face, i thought i beat the system with all my order notes & the call, but of course i received my order with neither of my sauces, which what am i supposed to do about that? I’m not paying to order more sauces in a separate delivery & i can’t drive to go get them (even though they’re 30 minutes out)… it’s even funnier how if you look at all the boxes they have sticker labels on them not only listing what the order is, but saying to add crazy sauce on them too, not sure how their online orders print for them to recognize what to make but it seems pretty obvious that these orders are supposed to have multiple sauces added
it’s obvious from all the other reviews that this store is in dire need of an intervention, it seems like absolutely nobody cares at that store, as a fast food worker myself their apathy sickens me, my job has a much more efficient ordering system that helps ensure that every part of the order is included, so I can’t tell if their online ordering system just needs a complete overhaul or if it’s poor management/ poor employee training or laziness

Read moreThere once was a girl named Sam An Assistant Manager @ Little Caesar's who didn't give a damn. She made pizzas w/ fermented & expired ingredients and dough, It tasted horrible, we lost our appetite, had we only known.
When customers would call and complain Instead of taking ownership she'd get combative n defensive then claim That nothing is wrong and there's no one to blame.
This was by far one of the worst food quality and customer service experiences I've had since I can remember. The pizza had a defunked taste, it was definitely made with expired dough, it had a fermented-fume-like smell when you opened the box.
On the phone Sam never apologized or accommodated the customer, she just yelled and treating us w/ a severe lack of professionalism and respect. When we asked for a refund she DEMANDED we bring the pizza back (10pm) or else nothing would be done. You could not rationalize with this girl, this is not customer service.
She passed the buck onto her manager (Chris - not present) who was made aware of the situation but did not follow up or provide any sort of an apology or explanation. A refund was eventually awarded the next day -? (we brought the pizza back) through another Assistant Mgr.
There's a plethora of pizza places out there that would greatly appreciate your business, so I'd recommend skipping Chris & Sam & this Little Caesar's location because they do not deserve it - - that is - - unless you're okay with eating fermented and expired ingredients that should not be served. They have a rule supposedly that the driver of the order has to tell them about parts of the order that the restraunt is supposed to know about. Also, they don't give sauces with their food, so if you order crazy sticks and sauce, pay attention.
