Spencer's — Local services in Austin

im honestly not one to make bad reviews cause i just don’t , but it genuinely pisses me off so much but i understand people make mistakes. i went to spencers today so i can look around for some funny shirts however i ended up leaving with 4 little pot glasses and some terrifier house shoes along with a little clip sex pen thingie that just had some words on there . i got 4 like i said , two for me and two for my girlfriend since there was a deal going on that if you buy one you get the other one 50 percent off. i go to the checkout line and she already forgot to scan the little pin thing after i paid for everything else .. but alright no big deal it’s tiny anyway i get it.

once we do another transaction so i can pay for the clip , she puts everything in the bag or so i thought. as im walking out she stops me cause she forgot to put one of the pot jars in the bag . like seriously? not only that she just hands it to me with no wrap or anything. i double check the bag after both of those incidents to only find two of them literally poorly half ass wrapped like you mine as well just have not even wrapped it . i took one of them out so i can wrap it myself since i didn’t want it to break. but the other one is just sitting there with nothing . so now i have two unwrapped pot jars made out of glass in the bag .

i get home later which is why im writing this review so late. i carry my bags along with other stuff i bought from the mall then the bag with the pot glasses slips out of my hand as im walking and low and behold the ones that wasn’t wrapped just broke into pieces while the two that were wrapped were fine .

I sent my daughter to pick up my order and instead of showing compassion when some of my order was canceled by then they wanted to be rude instead. This is my money we are talking about and I don’t need anyone’s attitude. Just give me my stuff that I paid for with a damn smile on your face or quit or damn job if you are unable to do this simple task. This will be the last time we visit this store location for any needs. We will stick to the other stores. I expect world class customer service from a retail store in the mall. I do expect feedback from the manager or store owner. I will post this on all social media platforms letting them know how the...
