The employees just don’t seem to care, and it’s almost like you’re bothering them instead of getting food at another restaurant in the food court. This is the second time I’ve ordered through the app, since I work in the mall I don’t have the time to stand in line for food. If I did, my entire 30 minutes of lunch would be wasted on just getting food. The first time I placed the order, they tried desperately not to acknowledge that I’m standing at the end waiting for pick up. I eventually flagged down the manager, and he made the order. When he gave it to me, I noted that I didn’t get the two cups of sweet & sour sauce. He remarked in a very snarky attitude “You know, you could have ordered it through the app.” To which I replied back that I did. He didn’t apologize, he just said that he didn’t see it and gave me the cups. This second time, wow... I waited for God knows how long while they again desperately tried to ignore me. The manager made eye contact with me, and instead went to the back. I was shocked by the fact they just didn’t want to make an online order. I know it’s busy, but it’s not hard to make an order for a single person. Eventually, I cut off a woman in line to tell the check out guy that I am waiting for my online order. He dug through the bin of receipts, and gave the other guy the receipt to make my order. He quickly made it, and the guy handed me the box. I instantly knew, I’m missing items. I didn’t get my chicken egg roll No forks No to go bag No fortune cookie (not high on my priority list but still)
So I told him what I am miss (minus the cookie) and he started reading the receipt and started getting the other items.
Honestly.... if you’re going to order Panda Express from this location. Don’t bother with the online app, because you’re just bothering the employees. I’m curious how DoorDash or other food delivery services deal with...
Read moreI feel bad because every time before today has been a 4star experience. I am a mall employee and eat here atleast 2 or 3 times a week for the pass 3 months. Today I got there and it wasn't busy which is crazy for a saturday, I always get the same thing need and chow mein noodles with a drink. Well no noodles, I didn't mine I let the person behind me go and a couple others.. when I finally got to order I asked for a plate but wanted to try the beef first. It was crunchy! I have never had it, I told the lady she ignored it so I just went with chicken.. which I have gotten. Before usually its a good portion but not this time. She used 3/4 of a chicken fillet and put the rest back. Which I never seen before... when I got to the counter I was charged 8.35 with a 10% discount added to it. I came back and let them know they may have charged me for a plate and not a bowl.. Just as a concerned paying customer. This was already 24 mins after no noodles😅 I told them I order the same thing practically everyday/every week.. they told me it comes out to 8 somethung due to taxes... I'm sorry but the 10% off should decrease the price since taxes are under 9%... sure enough I looked on my bank account to verify every other purchase I have made at panda express has never been above 8 dollars. I lost 1.60 or something like that.. but you guys lost my trust and respect due to the way your employee didnt listen.. instead argued with me. So, i am going to give you 2 stars instead of one because I understand this goes by experience and some individuals can ruin it for everyone else. [I understand I don't have to have 10% off but even if i didn't get that benefit for being a mall employee.. the order charged to my card would have still...
Read moreIf I can give this place a 0 I will. Their food is so so but I always get the same entrees and sides when I'm at this panda express location. This time I was with my husband so I eat slower then I usually by myself. While I was eating the veggies portion. I saw a baby worm. I thought no its not. Then I looked closer and still I don't want to believe it's a baby worm. I confirmed with my husband and he said. It sure is a baby worm. I was sick to my stomach. I want to scream but I couldn't becuz i was embarrassed. I took the meal over to the cashier and told him that there's a worm in my meal. He then take a look and call the chef over and she whisper something in his ear and the cashier said. I can refund you the meal porrion but not the whole meal total. I said I want a refund on everything that total $17.00. The chef then came back and whisper in the cashier ear again. After a 5-8 minutes. They refunded me $17. No apologies from the chef until I'm about to walk away.
Their customer service is extremly horrible. I believe the chef name is Trinh.
I still feel sick of what happened. If you go to the mall and eat here. Just know that your veggies are not being...
