This review is long overdue This store has timeless and unique fashion. Patty Houffpauir, Owner, not only has an eye for fashion but personally knows the designers of all the quality lines she carries from all over the world. Patty creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. She is an amazing owner/leader and because of that, as well as the staff’s personable demeanors, we have purchased many one of a kind clothing items and this store will continue to be our personal boutique. Her entire staff are always extremely attentive and helpful, especially Kate Thompson. She is amazingly knowledgeable about The Garden Room’s unique and exquisite product line and projects genuine interest in helping us find items that meet our wants rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. I never knew this store was here, but I had a doctors appointment across the street on 38th street I was early so my mom and I wanted to kill some time and decided to go in the store. My experience was not good from the moment we walked in we’re were treated like we didn’t belong there! I don’t know if the tall full figured blond woman was the owner or manager but I tried speaking to her making conversation she said nothing however she was very talkative to the other women in the store. I realize I can’t spend $250 on a shirt but you should treat everyone equally and not judge a book...

This upscale boutique has a large selection of clothes, shoes and accessories for any occasion. They have casual wear and sportswear as well as evening wear. This is a great place to shop for luxury brands not carried at Neimann's or Nordstrom. They have items for all sorts of styles. The store is relatively big, the sale room is fairly large too.
