Austintown Plaza — Local services in Austintown

I used to love shopping at Pet Supplies Plus, especially the one in Boardman Ohio or at the Eastwood Mall. I know things have gotten more expensive but they're one of the most expensive ones around when it comes to cat food. They opened the newer one over in Austintown Ohio and I refuse to go in there and buy Friskies or Fancy Feast. Almost everywhere I go including PetSmart and Walmart if they're selling a variety pack the price of the pack is less expensive when you buy it that way. Not at Pet Supplies Plus their cans are 80 cents a can on the shelf and their pack of 40 cans in a variety pack is $32. Which is still 80 cents a can. I even left a review on their page and they thanked me for the review. The next time I went in exactly the same thing nothing was done about it, so I walked back out and left and I probably will never go back to...

This Home Depot location on this trip the store was not too crowded. The staff was super helpful, friendly, fast, and efficient. Upon entering the store I was greeted and I asked for direction for needed items. I thought I got everything. I went to check out and store greeter ask if I found everything.... They remembered everything I was looking for and I thought this was amazing.... Reminded me what I forgot. Oh my goodness was I so very thankful. I would have made it all the way home and started project ONLY to realize I would not be able to complete and store would have been closed. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Family Farm, Handyman Hardware, Grangier,drywall barn, and assortment of specialty suppliers on Meridian road first before I go to Depot. Nothing personal towards Depot, it is just that I am tired of the soulless corporation business model. I much rather pay a few dollars more to support businesses that are about more than their quarterly profits. There are some great stores in the Austintown-Westside area that carry products that the depot doesn't have. As well as employees that are experienced in the field and have people at the register.
