Jimmy Choo is my favorite designer shoes brand because it is not only gorgeous, classy, posh, it is also COMFORTABLE! As much as I love my red bottoms, comfort is not a red bottom forte. I used to shop online a lot until I met Carlos at the Jimmy Choo Boutique at the Aventura mall. The man looks like Stanley Tucci ā and I love the Devil Wears Prada haha ā and heās the perfect gentleman and most helpful and knowledgeable salesperson Iāve ever met. The first time I walked in, even though I didnāt buy anything, he helped me try on my first Azia ā theyād become mine 6 months later ā as if I were a princess buying the entire store. The whole staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, cozy, and the only client they have. My favorite thing to do at the Aventura boutique, besides shopping, is joining them in their new collection launch parties! They are so much fun and the Champaign and food are delish! I see some people complaining about the Aventura boutiqueās customer service in the reviews, but Iāve been buying there for over 2 years and that has NEVER been my experience. In fact, when I bought my Saedas embellished in purple crystals, there was a problem with one of the heels that I only noticed when I got home. I brought them back, and Carlos ordered me a brand new pair straight from the manufacturer. Not to mention that I have him on speed dial for anything I see online and they donāt have at the store! So if you donāt want to simply shop but you want to get an education on fashion, have fun, and be treated like an heiress, go pay them a visit, which honestly I do on occasion just...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am utterly disheartened and appalled by my recent experience at Jimmy Choo. Upon visiting the store initially, a consultant recommended size 38 shoes. However, these shoes, gifted by my husband, felt drastically smaller, akin to a size 35, leaving my heel uncomfortably loose. When I returned to the store for an exchange, the situation quickly deteriorated. Despite my efforts to show how ill-fitting the shoes were, the consultant coldly dismissed my concerns, citing inflexible store policy. Astonishingly, she even agreed that the shoes looked terrible on me, yet insisted that nothing could be done. This outright refusal of service, coupled with their insensitivity, overwhelmed me to the point of tears. In a state of distress and humiliation, I found it even more shocking to overhear the consultant labeling us as troublesome to other clients. Itās deeply unsettling that a prestigious brand like Jimmy Choo would allow customers to leave their store in such emotional turmoil. The lack of empathy and professionalism I experienced is inexcusable, especially from a luxury retailer where exceptional customer service should be paramount. This encounter has irreparably tarnished my perception...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve never seen that kind of customer service before. My friend was in offline store before trying on two different sizes of heels and salesperson told her to take smaller size explaining that shoes are going to stretch out in the future. Well, next day her husband bought her heels as a gift for their wedding, but they were two sizes smaller. And the store doesnāt take them back anymore, because they said there are marks on the bottom of one shoe (she only tried one on). BUT the store never mentioned itās not allowed to try it on! It clearly shows that she never went out with them on. So now her wedding is destroyed, she doesnāt have any footwear and itās not about $100, itās about...
