Terrible customer service from KATHERINE at this store. I walked in to do a return for a pair of Crocs I bought online and the employee just kept neglecting to do the return stating a bunch of lies of reasons I can’t. Saying first I can only return for the same item, then saying I can’t exchange for another model. I asked for proof of a non-refund policy or exchange on this item as I had an online receipt that literally states I could return this item at any store nationwide. She then lied saying the barcode doesn’t scan without even trying, stated that her manager isn’t in store and said I can’t return it without even asking. She then saw herself unable to continue neglecting and scanned the barcode and returned the item. All the lies and terrible experience for nothing, just to scan and return the item. Heavy attitude as well, I kept my composure and tried to reason with her but she would interrupt me as I would speak. I was with my child and her attitude was unfit to deal with a customer that has a child. BTW managers should always be in store to handle these situations. Read moreI received an awesome pair of Classic Clogs in Blue Bolt for Mothers Day! Unfortunately they were the wrong size, but no biggie. I reached out to the Croc Store at the Aventura Mall and spoke with Tiffany. I explained the issue and asked if they had any available in store, we checked online to make sure it was the same exact color and said she would hold them for me and we can do an even exchange. I was so excited that I honestly couldn’t wait and rushed there the same day. Believe it or not Tiffany was the first person I met when I got to the store. She grabbed the crocs for me and even mentioned that they were the correct size in US but it was the UK part that was being read unfortunately. Which was a great tip for me to know for my next croc purchase. I was able to try the size on that I needed and actually get a bigger size with no hassle. My boyfriend was then met with a manager or supervisor named Morgan, who refused to take the return because they didn’t have the product in their store, although it was purchased from crocs website. When initiating returns on Croc you either have the option to return in store or UPS. Morgan proceeded to tell him that they’re unable to take the return because they don’t have the product physically in their store, however it doesn’t work that way regardless if the item was purchased online on crop website, you can initiate return in store whether or not they have the product. Morgan obviously doesn’t understand the process of returns and online purchases she needs to be trained again.
