I bought my wedding ring here. They got the sizing wrong since the beginning and they didn't accept to cover the expense, so I ended up buying the warranty so they can resize it and engrave it. However, they couldn't know or find in the system how much the warranty would be so o had to wait for the ring to be back. Once the ring was back and I went to pick it up the engraving didn't fit the way I asked, so they did it however they wanted, not the way I would have picked, and now there is nothing I. Can do about it; The size was still not good and apparently they have two different ring sizer with a difference in their sizing so they excused themselves by saying "oh maybe they did it with the other sizing measurement" which for my understanding that's the whole point of sizing (in any other store I have never had a sizing issue). I ended up sending the ring again to resize and had to come back. When I went back the size wasn't completely ok and apparently they couldn't find a way to charge me the warranty so they wanted me to pay for the sizing, the repair and to then charge me a warranty but only after paying for the other services, which I didn't agree and after losing at least 4 hours in the mall (not exaggerating, I even went to do other errand and came while they where supposed to figure it out) o come back and they haven't managed to do anything and they just kept taking new clients before me and ignoring my complaint and the fact that I had spent so long in there. Until I asked them to keep the ring and give me a receipt so they can fixed and suddenly in 20 minutes they realized they could send it back to the shop even without any work to be done but just so they can add in the system the warranty option. About a month later I went to the store to see what was going on because they never contacted me. And they had the ring and was able to picked it up. It took a total of 3 months to manage to get my resized and engraved (and not the way I wanted to). It was impressive the customer service they had, since the amount of time they made me lose, the bad organized they are, how little they know their system, and how their reaction to all these things is "I don't know and why would I know" as if they are not...

My fiancé and I had a horrible experience at this location. We went to look for a ring for him yesterday evening. The employee measured his finger and said it’s an 8. Previously he’s always had measured it to be an 8.5. Then as I asked her about one of the rings, she said it was indeed his size, checked it on her finger several times and the label, and then sold it to me. As I gave the ring to my fiancé, he barely managed to pull it onto his finger and we had to use a lot of soap to get it off. As we came back to return the ring (already most of the evening wasted), she admitted it was a 7. Then as the employee was showing me other sizes for the same ring online on the store’s website, the ring turned out to cost approximately 60 dollars cheaper than what I payed for the same ring at the store. Anyone can make mistakes, but when the whole evening with the special someone was occupied with looking for and returning a ring and then looking for one again at a different location, it really made us want to warn others about the potential experience here. We ended up buying a ring at Zales, across from Kay and got a ring that fits my fiancé...

This place is super unprofessional. We came here to repair a some beaded bracelets in February, and for some reason they just couldn’t get the pattern correct when they were fixed. In March they said they were ready and the pattern was completely different. So we sent them a picture of the original pattern once again and had to wait another 2 months to get them replaced, when we came back the pattern was yet again different, and this time the bracelet didn’t even fit my wrist which doesn’t make sense. Then after all of this they wanted to charge for a repair fee even though it wasn’t correct. This place is garbage, they don’t understand simple instructions, we couldn’t have made it easier for them and yet they still screwed things up. Didn’t apologize or anything.
