Disheartening Service Experience at Armani/Exchange, Aventura Mall
I have been an Armani/Exchange customer since the brand's inception in 1991 and it's with a heavy heart that I share my recent experience at the Aventura Mall, Florida location.
Attempting a straightforward exchange of a shirt given in the wrong size, I was met with condescension, frustration, and outright disrespect from the store manager. Despite having all original packaging, including a detached tag, I was subjected to an unwarranted lecture on exchange "rules" and was threatened with denial of my valid request.
This encounter was far removed from the professional and courteous service I associate with Armani/Exchange, leaving me deeply disappointed. Further research revealed other customers enduring similar experiences, suggesting this isn't an isolated incident.
