ALDI — Local services in Avon

HORRIBLE guest service. The lady at the checkout line was horribly rude to me. I had a baby in the cart and she put all the groceries where she was going to sit and threw the box on the ground after she was done with it! I get they don't put your groceries in the box but at least put the groceries out of the way so I can put my daughter in the seat!

Not only that but it took me 30 seconds (and that's not even an exaggeration) to find my debit card and by the time I was done the transaction was suspended and she was checking out another customer and told me to wait. Also, she had ME waiting in the checkout line for 3 minutes on her to get up there!

I was going to give Aldi's a chance to maybe save on some groceries but I think I'll just stick to Kroger for now on. I am NEVER COMING BACK.

Aldi is a great place for really good pricing on food items. One of the things that you might find frustrating (I do at least) food items can be discontinued at the drop of a hat and you won't know. They will also get in specialty items in and you really enjoy, only to never see them again. If you just want basic items like, milk, bread, butter, the prices can't be beat. Also most times the food items are their own store brand as opposed to name brand. A lot of the food is just as good or better tasting. Always remember that if you want to use a cart take a quarter and take your own bags. You can buy bags there and sometimes find boxes, but you are better off bringing...

I love Aldi, so it’s a little painful putting a 2, but it’s all related to covid-19. This store really needs to either kick-out people that refuse to wear masks, or ask them to wear a mask if they want to stay in the store and shop. By continuing to give these selfish & incredibly incompetent anti-maskers the power to shop at your excellent store you are bringing down your store credibility, integrity & standards! Not to mention risking the safety of your employees and other respectful customers!

Management - do your part please! Also, remind your employees that masks go ABOVE their nose. Trader Joe’s (you own them) is doing extraordinary with Covid-19...
