Always all these is a nice place to shop, it's so nice that they now have a handicap scooter than I don't get around. Around good with Walker so it does come to convenience. There's only one though, however. I've been fortunate the many times I've been there to have the use of that cart. I know it was a little busy today when I was there. And I asked the girl. Could I have a assistance to help get the food out of my car and she basically told me well everybody's busy stocking shelves and she was the only one on a register. Everybody was on self-checkout. Except the couple people in my line. I have no had no assistance to get out in the parking lot. Thank goodness for wonderful people that see that you have an issue. A lady winter her car put her groceries away. Then ran over and helped me load up my car and even took the handicap card back. Thank you. I didn't get your name but God bless you. Usually when I go to the Elyria store somebody always helps me and I've had the mark manager at Aldi's in Avon help me load up my car but this girl wouldn't call anybody....
Read moreI go here when I do my mother-in-law's shopping. The layout's a little weird (different than mine at home) & I don't like it, but the prices are fair, the quality of food is fair, & the selection is fair. You can't always find what you're looking for, but it's Aldi. I go to Aldi first, then the other stores for what I can't get.
The people here are really nice. People often "pay it forward" & leave quarters in the carts, which is really great since sometimes I forget mine or don't have one. The cashiers also don't call me "honey" or "sweetie", which I also like because I find that to be demeaning, sickeningly sweet, inappropriate, and nerve-grating. I am not in a diner or your 50s office secretary. Don't use those nicknames for anyone over the age of ten.
Checkout here is usually decently quick, too. They're quick about opening up other registers when there's even more than one...
Read moreAldi, is a great size store that allows you to walk about without having to go from miles. It’s definitely my staple, especially on Sundays. I like when they have specials they bring in. Their own brand sauerkraut is always second to none. They also have great soup direct from Germany. Their shelves are always well stocked. They use a very bare minimum staff that work extremely hard. You would never know. Their team members are quick, efficient and friendly. I don’t know why our companies don’t use the way you put a quarter in the cart there’s never any rolling around the parking lot. You always know where to get them and where to take them. Don’t forget your own bags. Great great great grocery store. You also have a little aisle with different useful things or fun things to buy and it’s always...
