First off let me tell you that the wait staff was fabulous. We had Jordan as our server and he was wonderful. But that's about all that was wonderful. Drinks: I ordered an espresso martini, and my husband ordered a Moscow Mule. They were both very strong, alcohol wise. However, neither of them tasted like they were supposed to taste the espresso. Martini tasted like chocolate milk with a kick, and the Moscow Mule tasted like ginger only - nothing else. Food: I ordered the beef stroganoff which were overcooked noodles. The beef was good and mushrooms from a can, and a ton of onions. There was no sour cream served with it, which was different for me, but I asked for some and once I got that the beef stroganoff was better, My husband ordered a stirfry which tasted to him like frozen vegetables sautéed. It came with no sauce so he had to ask for some teriyaki sauce and once we got the small portion of teriyaki sauce he was allotted he said it tasted better. Atmosphere: we sat in the main dining area which was fine. It just was a little bit cold, but of course it was also -11 outside, so no big deal here. I did notice that some customers that were bias left in immediately someone came over and clean their table so that was nice. Overall, I was glad we stopped in because people were raving about this place and the food was OK. It just wasn't anything that I would go back to have and by the way I felt it was very overpriced for what we got.

It was time to sit outside on the patio today. Service was great we were able to get our drinks pretty quickly. I tried the mango frozen margarita and my friend had a Dos Equis. My margarita could have been more flavorful and a stronger taste of tequila. It came with whipped cream which I didn't need. Margarita was $9 with a dollar up charge for the fruit flavor but it was happy hour so a dollar off. The beer was also a dollar off making it $4.25. We got the garlic shrimp for an appetizer to split. Usually these are to die for with lots of garlic and butter but today not so rich. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap with medium buffalo sauce and a side salad. The side salad was a $2 up charge but was nicely done. Contained many diced fresh veggies, paired well with my chunky blue cheese dressing. The wrap was filled with chicken and veggies also. I should have ordered an extra sauce because it needed a little more flavor. The only hot sauce available at the table was Tabasco. My friend ordered the Wednesday cheese burger special for $10 with wedge fries. Good value here but no substitutions. To go I ordered the breaded mushrooms because these are my mom's favorite. She ate every last one so they must have been good. Over all we had a good lunch experience and were well fed. There are plenty of menu options and I was satisfied in the past with other choices. Check them out I think you will enjoy it.

Bummer, Been here many times but may have spent our last time here. A 'non-cash adjustment' was applied to our bill. Not sure if the industry standard has changed, but the company typically pays for its use of providing credit cards as a payment option. Both waitress and manager on shift provided very unclear and poor answers to why this charge is handed down to the customer. It comes down to a tax and percentage of the bill.. If merchants add a surcharge, they must decide to add them at the brand or product level — but not both. A brand level surcharge adds the same fee to all credit card transactions from the same payment network, such as Visa or Mastercard. A product level surcharge applies to a particular type of Visa or Mastercard, such as Visa Signature or World Elite Mastercard. The maximum surcharge is 4% of the credit card transaction. Good to know $61.25, yielding a $2.45 customer charge. Kenny for his company is charging the max allowable not necessarily what is proportionate and fair for the card used. Including debit cards. The only place this charge notice was posted was in a small placard in the entry window.. nowhere on the menu or online was this posted. Hope they inform future customers better on their decision to make customers pay for the credit payment processor charges. Be warned.

Good food, Nice Bar, Tight Quarters, Decent Service

Came in around 7pm and was able to get a spot at the bar right away. I was on my own, so I figured taking up only a single spot, rather than taking a four top away from a server, was the right thing to do. It was pretty busy when I got there with all but a couple of spots open at the bar and most of the tables were occupied. All good signs of a well run restaurant. You aren't usually busy unless you are doing something right.

The televisions were on sports and they have a KENO screen which must be important because it's right in the middle of the bar and a few dudes around me were watching the numbers and discussing. Country music was on in the background, which is unfortunate, but whatever, you do you.

I was greeted after a few minutes by the bartender and got my drinks shortly after that, then, after about ten minutes, another bartender asked if I had been helped. She pretty much saved this review and is the main reason I'm not giving this one star. I had menus out in front of me, I attempted to catch the eye of the bartender a few times but he was running around like he was on fire. I was in this game for over fifteen years, starting as a prep cook, moving up to line cook, then moved to the front of the house as a server, then bartended for the last six years of my journey. You start at the end of the bar and work your way down to the end. I believe there were two other bartenders working or at least one for the customers and one working the server tickets but I believe he was the main guy. Many of the people around me, greeted him by name and obviously people like him. The delegation of duties was just poorly done. No one should sit at the bar for ten minutes with a menu in front of them and not be asked what they want.

Finally, we were able to move forward to the good parts. Thursday night was the chicken wing special, so I started with a half dozen, delicious. Then I had the 10oz strip, med-rare, very nicely done, a little over cooked but I'll take it. Fries were decent, probably should have gotten a potato.

Wrapped up the dinner I would have appreciated someone asking me if I wanted a refill of my drink since it was empty but I had also asked for a water so I used that to quench my thirst.

I'll giving it four stars due to the nice female bartender, the good wings and steak. If I were to come back and the have the same experience, I would...

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! First the waitress didn't come over and get our drink order the manager did about 15 minutes after we sat down, then when the waitress did finally come over we ordered the house potato chips and dip, when she brought them out we asked for a extra side of dip, she never brought it back and didn't come back to check on us or bring any refills or take our order for another 15 minutes, we had to flag down another waitress to get the extra dip, then she finally came back over to take our dinner order she didnt know what came on the side salad and then never asked what dressing I wanted for the salad. I ordered the traditional wings with hot garlic parmesan sauce and a side of tater tots. She ran the wings up wrong and brought out breaded wings in a puddle of grease and sauce literally the entire plate was filled with greasy sauce. I tried to eat the wings i made it through 2 of them and I just couldn't do it anymore they were not good at all, when she came back I told her about the wings and that I didn't want them. Instead of asking me if I wanted to order anything else, she took the wings back to the kitchen and disappeared. The manager came over several minutes later and said she rang them up wrong and they were making a new batch. I expressed very nicely to the manager that I didn't want the wings at all, and that I just wanted my check, she said that they would box them up and walked away after I just said I didn't want them. We sat and waited for another 15 minutes for the check. The manager came out with the wings I just said that I didn't want, and still no check!!! The manager went to get the waitress to finally ring us out and give me the check. The new wings were absolutely tasteless and very greasy. The salt shaker on the table had little black things inside of it mixed in the salt, we only got a refill 1 time since we had our first round of drinks. Extremely disappointed, the first few times I've came to this restaurant the food and the service was top notch. This is the first time I have been back in several years, and this is the last time I'll ever go. Was hoping for a good nice dinner with my wife on a Friday evening and was totally let down and left hungry and dissappointed. Ill never return again thats for sure, Place was completely dead on a Friday evening and...

We are new to this area. We thought this establishment looked pretty nice the few times we drove past so why not give it a try. The interior could use some updating but otherwise okay. The menu offers up more than a few yummy options to include some old school comfort foods such as chicken paprikash with potato pierogis and a hot roast beef dinner to name a few. Oh, and a “ Hand Cut” 14 oz ribeye as well. So, we thought maybe this non-chain restaurant has a “good” thing going? You don’t typically see these items on on a corner Bar and Grill menu so we gave it a try....... Lets face it I am sure all of us have had a few “hole-in-the-wall” dining experiences where the food was nothing short of amazing!! Talked about on more than one occasion with plans to return when revisiting that particular location(s). Well NOT so much here. We were unable to try the ribeye because the staff did not pull enough out of the freezer for the entire shift. So plan B: The Burger with blue cheese and fries, Chicken Paprikash with the potato pierogis. Well, the burger was grilled to a rather black color. The inside red, very rare. A few sprinkles of the strongest foul tasting blue cheese and my hubby usually enjoys his blue cheese. 😞The string type fries would have been great had there been less salt! Let’s talk about the Paprikash. The gravy was tasteless and very heavy. The chicken was dry and had the texture of a sliced over grilled chicken beast. I am not sure how one can mess up a pierogi. They were a nice size with plenty of potato filling ,however, very starchy and mushy in texture. The garlic mashed potatoes would have been spot on but had a very heavy raw garlic flavor. Sour cream made eating only one pierogi possible. To top it off my other half,as a choice, orders gluten free or no bun. The up-charge here for a gluten free bun is $3.00, double anywhere else we have dined. One would think that a gluten free bun could have been provided, minus the up-charge, due to the ribeye Fiasco? Don’t think we will be returning when we are...
