We purchased a sectional through Ashley almost a month ago under the pretenses and estimated delivery of ~1 month, give or take a week or two, as told by our sales representative. She was very nice and professional, but unfortunately not able to address and inform us accurately regarding estimated delivery, which was a huge factor in making our decision and very misleading for us. We went into the purchase aware that there are supply chain issues and longer than desirable delivery dates currently due to having a prior furniture purchase from a separate store where we waited months to receive than eventually couldn’t be fulfilled. Therefore, when making the decision to purchase this sectional we asked sales person multiple times if this particular model had any known back order issues and if there’s any possibly of it being delayed by more than a few months. They said no and it was safe for them to place estimate at time of purchase at around a month. Two weeks after purchase I called to confirm delivery estimate and was surprised to learn it was delayed by ANOTHER 2 months. We really liked couch and price was right, so we decided to wait it out. Now a month after purchase, I reached out again and learned it is now delayed for ANOTHER month. We understand that these are estimates that are given at time of purchase and not completely accurate, but 1 month is vastly different from 4 months. We are dissatisfied with the fact that estimates given at time of purchase are very inaccurate and also with lack of communication when these 2 different delays happened, having to be the one who reaches out in order to find out about delays. We feel deceived and believe now the reason the couch was on sale is because of longer than usual wait times for it to get in, which was of course not addressed at time of purchase. Read moreWorst experience EVER!!!! I purchased over $3,500.00 worth of bedroom furniture on 10-26-19. I was schedule for 11-16-19 delivery, which is also the day before my husbands birthday. Well that day came and went and I had no furniture. I was told that our sales rep actually put us in for 11-26-19. I was annoyed but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I looked on the bright side that I would at least have my bedroom set before Thanksgiving(I was hosting our families). I received a call a couple days before my second scheduled delivery. I was told the fun or true was not completed with the manufacturer and I would have to wait until the 30th. I was livid!!!! They "apologized" and assured me Our furniture would be derived on 11-30-19. On this day, we both cleared our entire day to wait for our 12:30-3:30 delivery, which NEVER CAME! I just got off the phone and the supervisor was shocked and said wow there is no excuse for this.....ummmm how's Tuesday, 12-3-19. This is when I finally explained that I could not afford to take this many days off work to wait for deliveries that never come! The supervisor was unable to confirm a morning or evening time for Tuesday, 12-3-19, so now we are scheduled for 12-7-19. I advise any customers out there to shop ANYWHERE else! No deal or flashy promo they are offering is worth this hassle! I PRAY our furniture arrives on 12-7-19, if not I will be cancelling the entire order and going somewhere else. The downside is I of course opened a credit card with them so I'll just take the negative credit mark because I WILL be closing that account! Oh and you'd think my order would be close to free by now...
Read moreMy fiance and I went in today to look at mattresses. We were greated at the door then a woman approached us and talked to my fiance while I ran to the restroom. We needed a California king sized mattress due to our current bedset frame. She informed us they do not have them in store. We then repeatedly stated we wanted to still see the mattresses to figure out what type we could order and she blew us off because we would have to order online and not through them in store. She wouldn't even point us out to where they were in store to test out firmness. No problem, we browsed and made our way their ourselves. As soon as we got closer to them, she rushed over and tried to convince us to purchase a regular king sized mattress. She talked very fast and rushed us from one mattress to another, repeatedly insisting that I lie on every single mattress even after I informed her I have bad back pain and getting on/off gives me pain. She was very pushy and boarderline rude. We felt completely rushed and uncomfortable. We again told her we had to get a California king due to the frame we have and she told us to "just buy a new frame." I get she wanted to make a sale, but I have never been so uncomfortable with a sales person before like this. As soon as we said we would not be buying a new frame and again said we just needed a California king mattress, she rushed off, thank God.
