Panera Bread — Restaurant in Avon

So on my visit to Panera in Avon recently I will say the food was OK. The flatbread pizza was really good but the Mac and cheese was barely warm. We still ate it as it is usually hot and just felt that maybe Panera was a little off that day. We decided to move tables mid way through our meal due to people near us and their language so we moved over by the glass windows close to the bakery counter. I watched as a table sat dirty and full of food and dirty dishes for over 45 minutes. Yet, several employees just walked by it when they were over by the beverage fountain. Finally at the end of our meal I saw am employee coming near the table in hopes that they would clean up this mess, yet they stood there looked at it again and just walked away. The whole time I was there I never saw anyone clean a table only refill the ice tea and iced coffee container. The employees I did see seemed more into themselves then their customers. But... there was one young man who stood out from among all the other employees and his name ( I asked) is Sam. This young man was polite, helpful in making our decisions, suggesting items and answered our questions all the while smiling. If there is a way to reward him, that would be great. Sam is actually the only one in the bakery section who smiled. He looks like he enjoys working and we will go back to see him again. Hopefully the Mac and cheese will be hot next time though. In the last 4-5 times that I've ordered, it's either taken a crazy amount of time to get the order, or the lobby is blocked with a chair so we have to wait in the drive thru which is also so slow, or today, when I ordered two separate salads and literally just had the ingredients mixed together on both like whoever was making it put most of the toppings on one and almost nothing on the other. I'm done ordering food here, this is the only Panera that I've ever had problems with like this, I'm literally going to drive to a different city to get this overpriced food if this location can't even get simple orders right. Almost every time I have (politely) asked a worker about something here I get nothing but attitude. Had some girl working the drive thru staring at me and eating her own food while I was waiting to give her my payment card and she just wouldn't open the window, and then sent a text or two before she finally opened it. Have also been straight up ignored at the inside counter trying to ask about the status of one order of Mac n Cheese (15 mins after ordering) while we were the only people in the restaurant- several people walked past even when I was just trying to wave and be like "hey, quick question please." I don't like posting negative reviews because I always worry that someone is having a bad day at work, or is working and going to school and tired, but there's no excuse to be rude. I have been to this location a few times. Was just there yesterday and the service was horrible. There were 3 of us and one of the girls ordered a hot tea. The cashier handed us the cups for our beverages and there was a worker stocking the hot cup sleeves and the stir sticks. She was right in front of the hot water for the tea. Instead of allowing us to get our stuff. She holds us up and says I will just be done soon. Why do we not teach these service industry workers that the customer should kind of come first? When I was finally able to get to the hot water, of course the container was empty. I told the cashier and she came around and took it to the back. We got our food and still no hot water. I ended up getting the young lady something else to drink. They saw me come up and check for the hot water at least 6 times or more. The cashier told me that wasn’t her job to refill it, and she would go inquire. We now have finished our meals and go to leave and the young lady looks at me and says, let me check on the hot water. REALLY!! We got the hot tea on the way out. What really got me is that I foolishly left them a tip when I paid! The tables were not that clean. Been to several other locations and never had...
