We're from Massaschusetts but were driving by the brand new store in Avon, Ohio and decided to stop in. We were pleasantly surprised when we were greated at the door and offered a "sucker" (aka lollipop). We were told about the men's underwear sale and the complimetlntary water & coffee in the back. We purchased a few pairs of underwear but were having trouble finding the correct size shirt. Our cashier, Shelly walked us back to the online ordering area and stayed with us as my husband tried on various sized shirts until he found the right fit. (Turns out they had the size he needed and the color he wanted in the back room!) Shelly was awesome! So friendly and helpful. There was another tall middle-aged bearded gentleman who was working the register as well. He was very friendly and hilarious as he joked with my husband about football. Overall a great experience! Read moreTheir clothes used to be great, now they're okay,.but they started using OnTrac to deliver without saying they changed delivery partners and my package has been back and forth between "out for delivery" and "received at the facility" 13 times. No one to contact about it, and Duluth says it's not their problem. Hundreds of dollars in the trash essentially and Duluth refuses to take responsibility for choosing to use a delivery partner that's been WELL known for never completing deliveries, faking tracking information, drivers signing for and stealing the packages they're supposed to be delivering, and ignoring customers for several years at this point.
