Culver’s — Restaurant in Avon

Since Culvers built in Avon, we use the drive thru a lot. We like the food and service is usually good. Last night one of our sandwiches was missing. We called the store and was told to come back in to replace it. Today at 1:00 I did and asked for the Manager. She was very rude. She did not want to replace my sandwich and said they only gave coupons when that happened.. she said the night manager was mistaken, and take up the problem with him. I was shocked by her attitude. Very poor customer service. Since I had to make the trip back. I asked to be compensated with a small shake and fries. That really sent her over the edge! I realize she may be having a bad day, but I don’t think a customer should have to deal with rudeness in a manager. She kept walking away from me when I tried to speak with her. Culvers is one of my favorite burger chains. Their food is really good and I know they "seer" their burgers, but sometimes they over do it. If customers wanted to eat a dry piece of charcoal we would. You don't need to cook all the juice out of the burger until its dry and black like a charcoal brickette. There cheese curds are a favorite, as is their side of cheese sauce to dip the fries in. I dip my cheeseburger in the cheese sauce I like it so much. This is also one of the few places that has rootbeer anymore. Furthermore, they even have diet rootbeer. I'm that guy that eats 2 double cheeseburgers and drinks a diet coke or diet rootbeer (lol). I was in there the other day with my husband. We had never been to Avon Culver's only Indianapolis and we were in the area and we were hungry so we stopped there And I will never be back!! Our order was wrong and when we went to take it back up front one of ladys up front name was June or junie the name tag was sideways so couldn't read all the way she had hair in bun, was awfully rude to us! She snapped at me when I told her we ordered large cheese curds not fries and my husbands burger was made wrong it had no toppings and she grabbed the food out of my hands and threw it away and told us she would give us a refund and then told us we can not come back because I was rude even though I wasn't I wanted what I paid for.
