If you want a custom cabinet DO NOT go here. I requested cherry rustic wood with the knot & worm holes. NOT ONE knot hole in my vanity. I know these pieces could be hand selected for the doors since the rest is ONLY plywood and its one small vanity not a full kitchen. The price of this vanity is ridiculous but I had accepted that since it would be exactly what I wanted. The look of an old distressed piece of furniture. NOPE not at all. I selected samples of wood and color from the showroom, I got neither. Photo of the door sample is the color and wood I ordered, the small piece of wood is the wood and color I got, I was told these were both the same sample. Not one time has this company offered any resolve or solutions option to make this right or even something I could live with, I've asked what we could do and their answer is "This is what you signed off on". They require you sign and initial EVERYTHING to cover themselves to only tell you when your not satisfied that you signed off on it! Yeah, I agreed because you assured me I was getting what I wanted. I asked for options to make the color right they said that is the color I selected. Now I'm told that they can't hand select wood with the knot holes because "it doesn't work that way". Well it can and it does work that way when a customer is willing to pay for what they want. This company is NOT that...

We have worked with Alyse and Alicia for years, from basement to bathroom renos, and just finished a major kitchen renovation and a whole laundry/mudroom overhaul. Alyse is an amazing designer and was diligent to ensure what she designed for our custom Amish cabinets was exactly what we needed for our rooms. Alicia was the perfect helper when we needed to find just the right countertop to go with our funky wallpaper for the laundry room. The installation crew was delightful and knowledgeable and did a beautifully clean job. Every day, as we walk into our rooms, we look around and are thrilled with the results. We chose to purchase our cabinets from Concepts over Lowes. Their prices were very competitive and the quality of the cabinets we chose were higher than Lowes. Their design was much better and functional than what we received from Lowes as well. What sold me was the fact they only use one installer. If I had any questions or concerns, I could either stop by the shop or send an email, they would respond within the day. I was impressed with the communication.
