My experience purchasing a mattress and base at Connecticut Mattress in Avon was exceptional. I was assisted by Bill Derose, who was very knowledgeable about the products, courteous, kind, and professional. We discussed my sleep preferences and he was so helpful in showing me different options and making excellent recommendations. Bill was very patient in answering my questions and allowing me as much time as I needed to try out a wide variety of beds without any pressure to purchase. My family and I went in yesterday to shop for a mattress. We met Clint, he asked a bunch of questions pertaining to what we were looking for, and he only showed us mattresses that were in our budget. He only went above our budget when we asked to see them, and ultimately decided on a Beautyrest Black, even though much higher than our budget, Clint explained the benefits and quality of it. Clint had an awesome personality, was not pushy, and was very busy being by himself.
