I recently visited this T-Mobile store for a promotion; add a new line and receive a free iPhone 14. I intended to get the iPhones for both of my sons, JA and CA. JA got his phone without issues, but CAs iPhone 13 was at school. The representative, Vanessa I believe but itâs the only bigger set Hispanic lady, assured me I could return later that day to update the line from the iPhone 13 to the iPhone 14 and void the extra line.
I couldnât come back that Friday afternoon so I returned on Saturday, Vanessa was not there, and her supervisor informed me that what Vanessa promised was not possible. He gave me another day to come back. When I returned, both Vanessa and her supervisor denied any such promise and offered no solution.
As a result, my phone bill increased from about $130ish to $324!! I felt completely overwhelmed and received no clear explanation. Iâm a mother of three and as well as a foster parent, so having an economical plan is essential.
Today, I finally had time to speak with a phone representative named Doran. She explained that my plan had been changed WITHOUT MY CONSENT, likely the reason why they couldnât give me a straight answer. The in-store staff repeatedly told me that removing the extra line would cost more but never explained why. Doran, on the other hand, broke down the bill and is following up with her supervisors because I never agreed to any plan change.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this store. My trust was broken, and I hope this review helps others avoid a...

So I called sprint and they told me to take it to T-Mobile because they would be able to look at it and tell me the problem. I arrived at T-mobile and I spoke with T-Mobile tech and they told me that the issue was the iPhone was defective meaning the issue wasnât my fault. I then went to the store where my iPhone was purchased and told them the issues ; I had been experiencing they told me that there was nothing they could do because it wonât turn on. He told me to go to Best Buy and talk to apple experts which I did. I then went to Best Buy and they told me that T-Mobile should be able to replace my cell phone. I then came back to T-Mobile and he was refusing to give me a replacement. He is disrespectful, has poor customer service, this T-Mobile is selling defective iPhones, after I came back to the store he helped 2 other people before me. Horrible management skills with time and customers. I wrote this review while still not being Close to...
Read moreSo I have been a customer with sprint for about 4 years. Last year I made the mistake of leaving sprint and switching to T-Mobile so I decided to go back to sprint. Well this store is horrible so please do not go there. If you need to switch carriers or do something important like processing a buyout, do not go here! The manager Patrick said he was going to do my buyout since I switched from T-Mobile to Sprint and he didnât. He gave me a receipt that he took my phones but he never processed it! Then I returned a month later since I never heard back and his other manager apologized for his partner because apparently he never did it. So this other manager started helping me and told me to send him my last bill to his email. I did but another month passed and nothing. Finally T-Mobile decided to send the bill to collections so now I really had to do something because it was going to impact my credit. I decided to just call customer service which they actually did something about it. Iâm never going back to the Avon store. Go to...
