Secondly, i’ve been in the market for a dry herb vaporizer and had an awesome experience yesterday. I dont quite remember the names of who helped me out but whoever it was that had longer hair, glasses, and a Backwoods hoodie on thanks so much for taking the time to answer my questions. Your colleague who was rocking the Raw Papers t shirt was also awesome for giving me a free delta eight gummy with my purchase.

I ended up buying a Storz and Bickel handheld and can’t wait to use it. Thanks so much for letting me inspect it before purchasing.

Highly dissatisfied with their customer service. Was sold a product in a box that said it was the correct part and when we opened the box we found that it was not the correct part that was labeled on the outside. When we returned they did not have another of the part we needed and we were refused a refund unless we bought a more expensive part. I’ve worked on the POS system they use and they can give refunds but they basically forced us to pay more rather than accepting error for selling the wrong part. It’s easier as a smoke shop to return the wrong product in a box to get the right one than the consumer. Felt like total blackmail. This store is an awesome addition to the neighborhood and honestly one of the best smoke shops in ATL, offering a huge and unique selection of CBD products, disposable vapes, and all the other fun things one might expect to find at a store like this. Their prices are extremely competitive, and the owner, Sully, provided awesome customer service!!! Everyone who works there seems like they are having fun doing their jobs, plus they can expertly answer any question.
