Wonderful World Coffee and Tea — Restaurant in Avondale Estates

I’ve been here a few times and the selections, vibes, and flavors are excellent. I did however want to complain that I was just there on a Saturday afternoon when it was actually not bust at all. The barista was taking to the side with what I thought was a customer. I put in my order easily at the kiosk and went to go walk around. I did a lap or so and realized the customer barista was taking to were friends of his. He definitely greeted me and saw me enter my order and just continued chatting with his friends. I felt weird to confront him and just waited. I walked over when I finally saw him start to make drinks as his friends left to get food next door. Only to find that he had just been making drinks for his friends. He apologized for the wait, but honestly it was a terribly service experience and felt really ignored. Next time I’m in the area I’m just going to go to Banjo...

I visited on August 31st around lunchtime, and the staff were extremely unprofessional. The guy and girl behind the counter spent over an hour arguing with each other instead of helping customers. They were passive-aggressive toward anyone who walked up, and I never even got the coffee I paid for after waiting patiently for 30 minutes. Their excuse was that the cappuccino machine was “cleaning,” but in reality, they just kept bickering the entire time.

It got to the point where I was better off walking away than dealing with the drama, even though it meant losing the money I paid.

The café itself has potential, it’s a hidden spot that could be great, but with service this bad and staff this rude, it’s hard to imagine the business lasting. The owner really needs to step in and address these issues immediately if they want any...

The space is so relaxing and thoughtfully designed. The furniture, music and decor make for a dreamy space that's perfect for socializing and "work from home" days.

I've tried half the menu already and truly enjoy everything. The menu has a little bit of everything so you're sure to find something for you. There's coffee, refreshing spritzers (perfect for these GA summer days) and various teas w/topping options. My favorites so far are the wildberry lavender tea and the blueberry cucumber lemonade.

The best part is the staff. They are truly so kind and ready to help you find the perfect drink.
