Place is a joke. Staff is rude there system hardly works they can't even get your insurances right happy to support a local business until they're rude as hell do not use this pharmacy go somewhere else and be treated nicely and have it all go down smoothly without system errors and mishaps this is your medication were talking about here. Have plenty of stories I could share from me and many others about this place. Everytime I try to pickup prescriptions they're system tells me I have a copay (which I dont) I then have to deal with all the attitude of every single worker there to get them to straighten it out I am very polite and patient I eventually get my insurances taken care of no copay needed and can finally leave. Staff isn't very friendly in fact they are super rude! First time in there and the pharmacy hands me my prescription without telling me anything about checking out up front and barely talking to me after I asked how their day was. Just assuming someone knows to go to the next register is insane to me I never would have guessed! I had to wait in line to get a receipt for my $0 prescription that my insurance covered after the lady very rudely stopped me from walking out the door with again a paid for prescription. We have been loyal customers for over 30 years, but new management refuses to have their employees wear masks to prevent the spread of COVID.
