I have never been to the actual store because I live in Texas but found out about it from a fried. Who lives in the island and let me tell you, since the first moment I reached out to The store on Instagram , Lou has helped me immensely to find the crystals that I want and show me different ones to see which one calls out to me. They ship my crystals in super nice packaging and Lou has been so sweet that she once sent a little extra for my baby who loves rocks and crystals and a tumbler rainbow moonstone for me. I really loved my first experience at Hidden Gem. It is indeed an hidden gem on Bainbridge Island! From crystals, to jewelry, to Tarot and Oracle, from encense, candles and books. Greeting cards and notebook, meditation items... Also, I really appreciate when there's demo decks of Tarot and oracles, it helps a lot to get a feeling of what each deck is about, touch the cards, etc.
