I think this place may be a hidden gem... or something that’s only known to a certain group and some random people like me who just wander in and stumble on the place. Either way it’s pretty darn fantastic. It’s not very large relatively speaking, but they have a very clean and very hot shower, restrooms, and a pump out station. They also have power hook ups, but ymmv on wich pole Is working. what makes this place so great is that they charge $1.25 per foot with the electricity and shower included for anything more than 10 hours other wise it’s a flat of something like 10 bucks. You are surrounded by private marinas and snotty yacht club folk who might be a bit confrontational if you’re over the yellow line for the pump out. The douche waffle, local boating crowd are more than made up for by the kindness and attentiveness of the volunteer police officers and by extension the Bainbridge police department who oversee the park. The park itself is gorgeous and clearly reflects the pride and attention of the people who take care of it. Super very nice people, super very cheap rates, and maybe a five minute walk to...

Goose parades, steal friends, sailboat races, and focforecent water that glows in the dark when you paddle your kid to shore at night to see her friends. Hope you enjoy it as...
Read more10 minutes from me is Waterfront Park and I could go here every day-hey, I guess I do.
Plenty of parking, views, nice flat trails, grassy center area, picnic tables and benches just where you need them. Bathrooms, doggy bags stations, and, although everywhere on this island is magic, the combination of the magestic trees, wild flowers, puget sound and eagle harbor view, and wildlife watching (heron fishing for lunch, raccoon fishing for lunch, wonder who I’ll get to watch fishing for lunch next), make this a perfect place to go walk your dog, or just see a kind human or two and drink in the fresh air and...
