Kohl's — Local services in Bainbridge Township

Olivia in Sephora was very sweet and put me at ease by making conversation. She rang me up quickly and looked up my Sephora number for me. I was greeted at the back of the store by Diane who helped me to find what I was looking for. When I came up upon her, she was busy folding T-shirts and making one of the racks look very neat. She stopped immediately and answered my question. I periodically shop at Kohl’s and was in a few months ago and met the store manager. He was busy putting out clothes, but stopped and talk to me for a moment and shook my hand.. He seemed to be genuinely concerned that product was out for the customers, and the I yet took a minute to make sure I felt noticed. I asked another associate where the manager was working that day. I wanted to let him know how helpful Diane had been. They told me there was a new manager. I asked where he was, but no one seemed to know. He didn’t seem to be out on the floor and I did not notice him at the registers when I left. I hope that he is as friendly and outgoing as the last manager. The people I have met at the store are very hard-working and I enjoy when I go shopping there. There were some very cute dresses displayed near Sephora and I stopped and looked for my daughter. I also noticed a young lady with a rack of dresses being brought out that were very cute. I like the styles...

My wife and I returned some Amazon items at Kohls, Bainbridge, Ohio (Store 0486), on Jamuary 6, 2024.Very convenient and FREE way to return goods to Amazon. We then each found a pair of Skechers, and some gift cards, and were fortunate to have a very lovely lady associate named Alicia assist us at checkout. She was very kind and patient (we are both in our very late 70's and had not shopped at Kohls for a long time). Alicia went above and beyond to make sure we felt appreciated, and received our Kohls rewards, our Amazon returns discount, and our Kohls cash. While shopping, we were greatly helped by a male store manager, who found the exact gift cards we were looking for, but had overlooked. We also were very ably assisted by friendly lady associates, Debra, as well as another fine lady associate, whose name we regrettably do not remember. We will be certain to make Kohls Bainbridge our go-to brick and mortar store, because they value and emphasize excellent...

Went in a Sunday afternoon to use our 40% off coupon! Such an awesome deal! The store was a little busy but still pleasant to shop in. We found what we were looking for and the store was clean and organized. The line for the cashiers was long but it went very fast since there were 5 or 6 registers open! Our cashier Mia was super nice and did a wonderful job! She made sure our coupon worked and explained that certain brands did not count for the coupon which I knew from past shopping but I thought that was a nice extra service she provided so we understood the final price better! :) I'm sure it confuses a lot of people! I even picked out 2 pairs of shoes but only bought the one that the coupon worked for! So if kohl's corporate people are reading this you could have sold me 2 pairs of shoes if you got rid of the stupid rule about certain brands not counting towards coupons! 😃 just a thought!
